Getting into the property was a hassle it was pouring outside and they didn’t answer for 15mins. The photo look nothing like the room and the balcony was definitely not how it looked. The transportation was so easy!!!!

Wonderful experience

Wonderful experience. Would definitely come back again. Although, there was no one at the property, all questions were promptly answered on WhatsApp. Location is absolutely perfect for families, just 2 stops from the Unita. Recommendations for Pizzeria, Restaurants etc were spot on. Rooms were very quiet and cleaned thoroughly every single day. Access to kitchen made the stay even better. Definitely recommend.

The breakfast was really good with a lot of different food, there was yogurt and fruit, cereal, milk, orange juice, croissants, eggs, toast cheese. The place was spotless and right next to the train. We walk to the heart of Florence, which was right around the corner. The host was professional and friendly. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet in the building. I highly recommend this bed and breakfast. The room with spacious and very very clean.

Location was perfect. Right next to the public transport and train station. Everything was really clean, host was very kind. Breakfast is good. Only small problem was our rooms air conditioning was a little weak there was a fan to help but did not cut it in the heat wave season. But any other time it is probably the best b&b experience in Firenze

It was close to the train station. Ellena was an awesome host. When we arrived she oriented us to the local area, the easiest ways to get to all of the popular attractions, and recommended a couple of local restaurants, as well as offered assistance in making any reservations for attractions or restaurants.

Nice hotel close to the train station

We had a pleasant stay in Antica posta B&B. We were asked about our arrival time and Elena was there waiting there for us to check us in. It can be challenging to find the place if you don't have a GPS, but it's only 10 min walk to the train station, convenient for us as our main mode of travel was train. The staff was very friendly and we were made to feel at home. The breakfast was average. Overall this is an inexpensive and convenient place to stay in Florence.

Nice one night stay

We loved our stay our hostesses were sweet and very informative!!!! We only stayed one night since that was all that was on our agenda for Florence but we wish all of our stays would be like this. If we ever go back to Florence we will stay here. Breakfast was delicious very filling. Only downside is that their is construction going on right in front of hotel right now but that isn’t a problem for us at all.

Walkable distance to train station

Extremely friendly staff which made the stay enjoyable. The room was very clean and everyday a light breakfast was brought to your room. This place might be hard to find at first since it is in a building that requires you to be buzzed in. It is located right around a corner. They have a small sign on the wall. Great value for the location. Everywhere we went was within 30 min walk. I believe there were only 5 rooms in this place so book quick! I will definitely come back here again. Highly recommend!

Just a building with some rooms at the first floor

To find the place was traumatic. Not a single sign of the Hotel on the outside or street. No change of towel. Room unconfortable warm..Air conditioner set up to a regulated temperature which we could not change. At some time it was hot. I comments about this but with no actions. Breakfast was dissapointed.

Cosy hotel

We enjoyed our stort stay here. It was in a relatively convenient location, however at the time went there was a lot of road works in the surrounding streets (which can't be helped but made getting there a little more challenging). The room and hotel corridor area was lovely, nice and cosy. We would stay here again.

Great hotel with friendly staff.

The hotel was very clean, had everything we needed. It was close to the train station and walking distance to the major attractions. Staff were most accommodating and gave us tips on the best places to go and local insight. Wi-Fi was free and reliable. The bed was old-fashioned - lovely. We enjoyed Florence, hired a bike and went riding to all sorts of places, we'd not have otherwise gone. The food is amazing - Central Food Market, especially. Amazing street markets - leather, clothing, etc. Great basilicas, architecture and piazzas.
