The hotel is nice and within 20 minutes walking to the major sites in Florence. The only issue we had was the spotty WiFi which we couldn’t get in parts of our suite. If you don’t want to be in the bustle of the main strip from the Accademia to Ponte Vecchio this is a good option.

Modern, clean, good value, near all important sights - we enjoyed our stay. Bar service was good, breakfast was great, the room was very nice, the mattress was comfortable. The Staff was very attentive. I would stay here again.

We've stayed there before and as usual we were looked after courteously. The hotel was clean, comfortable and had a nice atmosphere. The housekeeping staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Our only gripes were; breakfast finished early at 10:00; there was no handrail in the shower cubicle and a (small) dog was allowed in the breakfast area, which we felt was unhygienic.

Such lovely hotel with beautiful park at outside, looks pleasure . Nice room and clean.. but we place in single bed for couples. Lack of aminities in room, no kettle to heat up water and no coffee to have it. Breakfast was awesome! Overall good .

We were family and we had two rooms on the 2nd floor their bathrooms were very small and very dirty(disgusting), and also the walls are very dirty, the towels had a very nasty smell. But to be honest please note that from the whole group only 3 families have such rooms on the 2nd floor, the other families have rooms on the 3rd and 4th floors and they were very good.

The room was very clean. The bathroom was spacious and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast delicious and with alot of options. The hotel is at a good location and easy to access the city.

Great locattion, nice view to the river for the front rooms, comfortable bed, satisfactory breakfast, great lounge, very clean, polite staff. We also had a nice dinner at the restaurant. I would definately recommend it.

This is our third time staying here in the past 20 years with three different tour groups. We loved this hotel; it holds some great memories of family. And here we were, back again, but now with the next two generations. There are some lovely updates in the common areas, feeling open and welcoming. Love the treed park across the road, and the proximity of the hotel to the heart of the city. I must admit it feels farther now... However, the planning that went in to the design of the 'wings' leaves something to be desired. We were in room 357 in the South Wing. It was impossible to find it the first time, and then a challenge in remembering the meandering route thereafter... across the length of the large foyer, up a set of stairs, across the wings, down a long hallway, up two floors in the elevator and down another hallway. Challenging, exhausting and frustrating. Especially for older people. Our room was very comfortable, with most of the amenities we appreciate when travelling - in-room safe, kettle for tea/coffee, long mirror on the closet door, chargers and outlets for electronics, small fridge and mini bar, luggage rack with extra storage underneath, tub with shower, and large vanity surface. The 'double' bed was really two twins, made up separately. However, the quality of the bedding was excellent, and there was plenty of extra good linen in the bathroom. Breakfast was included with our room. On the first day there were "slim pickin's", as they say, as there must have been a group just before us, and the food was not replenished right away. The second morning was much better in terms of quality and choices. There was a second breakfast room, and I was curious about whether that area had higher quality selections than our room with its designated tour groups. Besides the maze to get to our room, I was also concerned about the dead bolt lock on the door that did not work (didn't turn, and no slot to go into). The maintenance person said that the door locked itself when closed - true - but a working dead bold is a must for security. The TV is a small flat screen. The phone is a challenge to operate; I had wanted a wake-up call, but the front desk does not do them, and directed me to the instructions for the phone. They are a series of steps on a piece of paper, in Italian, and not a button on the phone. There were no "hot" cups for tea or coffee in the room. Shower pressure was very poor, though I understand that another in our group did not have that problem. The toilet paper holder is on a wall behind the toilet, so very awkward to reach. The change I most appreciate from last time is the lack of cigarette smoke smell. What a difference! Overall, the hotel is very clean and the staff do a great job with service.

The hotel is way behind the international four stars hotel I have been to all around the world. Cigarette smell leaks to all rooms through the AC system. Wi- Fi is zero inside the room, available only in the corridor. Towels were very clean yet smelled very bad. Breakfast was poor and didn’t feel fresh, European selection only. Front dest staff were not friendly or helpful at all. No help with luggages, and when I requested help it took 15 minutes to send someone to help. Room was not ready when I got upstairs, I had to wait for them to change it to another ready room and it took a while.

I am sorry about my terrible English. I can say shortly: elevator is small, have not a kettle. If I have a trip in future, I like to stay at your hotel again. Thank you very much. Hope to see you soon!
