La ubicación de hotel muy conveniente pero tiene la oficina para hacer el checking en otro lugar y subimos tres pisos con las maletas por que el elevador que más que elevador parece un montacargas estaba siendo usado por los empleados para trasladar cajas. La limpieza del cuarto no me dio mucha confianza

Gorgeous boutique hotel so close to everything you want and need to see in Florence. I was surprised to look around out of our window and to be able to see the Duomo. Building is so safe that even when our 8 year accidentally left our room door open for 2 hours while we explored nothing was stolen! The cafe they partner with for breakfast was amazing too - would absolutely stay again!

As a solo traveler I felt super safe here! It was very clean and within walking distance of all the main attractions. All the staff was so kind and welcoming and even let me store my bags before and after check in! Couldn’t recommend this place enough :)

This is the perfect place to stay in Florence! The view of the Duomo is breathtaking. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Will definitely stay here again when I return!

The location of thjs property is amazing, just round the corner from the Duomo, very central. 15 mins from the train station too. I was arriving late at night as my flight was delayed and I was able to check in after 11pm by going to their sister hotel where they had left the keys for me. You can also leave your luggage after check out if you are exploring town. The facilities were great, you can also make a tea or coffee. Highly recommended!
