This wonderful apartment is located on the second floor, with elevator, of a modern building in Via dello Sprone, quiet little street around the corner from Ponte Vecchio and Piazza Pitti. The building was designed by Giovanni Michelucci, famous architect who also designed Santa Maria Novella Station.



The whole place has been completely renovated in 2015 and re-decorated with great taste and attention to comfort and details. The large windows combined with the stunning grès / wooden floors create a bright and warm feel throughout the apartment, and the interior design style is quite unique, a mixture of modern and classic elements.



The entrance opens onto the living area, luminous and cozy, featuring a couple of sofas, flat screen TV, round dining table and desk.

The kitchen, also recently renewed, is modern and exceptionally bright, fully equipped with anything you may need to cook your own meals during your Florentine stay.



This apartment can accommodate up to four people thanks to its two bedrooms with private bathrooms.
