Air conditioner did not work. Immediately brought it to staffs attention and within 5 minutes they got me a so much more comfortable room. Thanks guys

When I went to check in the lady at the desk claimed she couldn't check me in because she couldn't get into the computer to do reservations and that she couldn't help me. Then she stayed I could do a walk in(which is what I had to do I needed the room) she could charge me and if have to send in my receipt if I ended up being charged for a no show on the reservation

Cheap but real sketchy

The room is filthy, the bed sheet has a huge rip in it, the bathroom door looks like it was kicked in because it doesn’t latch, the tub and walls are filthy, no hand soap or lotion was given, there was an old juice bottle under one of the beds. Hadn’t been there 20 minutes when we saw the first of four bugs. The front desk clerk and security were very kind and friendly but this is not a clean environment.

I had to cancel my trip because i couldn't find the hotel. I look all over in the area and got lost .. It was awful so I just went home. I tried contacting them but noone was answering.

False advertisement

I reserved a room on line for $45 a night once I got there They said they do not do reservations on line and wanted to charge me $60 for a room I will not recommend this place to anyone unless you are homeless or drug dealer this place all around is shady the parking lot is blocked by orange cones and guys that I wasn’t sure if they were security or thugs I made a u turn in the parking lot

Needs updating

Property needs updates and maintenance badly holes in walls bathroom door falling off hinges. Also when i asked for one extra towel from housekeeping the response wad rude.

I liked everything that the property had to offer except the fact that I had to be changed out my room twice. The staff on the other hand was perfect and excellent when it came to fixing the problems at hand keep up the good work.
