Mauvaise expérience ! Annonce qui ne reflète pas la réalité !

Week-end réservé entres amis (6 adultes et 2 bébés) afin de se détendre et profiter de la piscine. - Grosse surprise à l’arrivée, Piscine partagée avec d’autres locataires (l’hôte nous a assuré le contraire lors de nos échanges en amont ! ) - 2 transats pour 6 personnes ! Nous faisons la remarque dès notre entrée, la réponse de l’hôte : il faut savoir partager ! - Petit grill électrique en guise de Barbecue - Pas d’éclairage extérieur pour profiter de la piscine et du terrain de pétanque le soir ! Nous contactons l’hôte à 21h pour l’avertir (pas de réponse), retour de sa part à 23h30 nous indiquant qu’elle est parti en vacances et qu’elle ne peut rien faire pour nous ! - Départ prévu au contrat à 11h le dimanche matin, la femme de ménage se présente à 10h, nous lui indiquons qu’il nous reste 1h, elle se met en maillot de bain, profite de la piscine et des transats !!! Aucun SAV clients, hôte désagréable et malhonnête, annonce mensongère !!! Location à fuir !!! Bien que le cadre de la villa soit très beau, les prestations ne sont pas à la hauteur du prix, aucune discussion possible avec l’hôte qui se braque à chaque remarque au lieu de nous apporter une solution ! Nous avons réservé un week-end dans une villa à près de 900 euros pour rester bloqué sur une terrasse de moins de 10m2 à 6 adultes et 2 bébés sans pouvoir mettre un brin de musique et s’amuser dans la piscine pour ne pas gêner les autres locataires ! Honteux ! Séjour gâché !
