This cozy cabin is designed with comfort being the top priority!
This home will accommodate up to 8 guests, and up to 2 dogs!
Lounge on the comfy sofa or dual recliners, play games or share a meal at the large dining table, enjoy breakfast at the counter bar, and never feel excluded from the group with an open concept living space!
When you’re ready to wind down, enjoy privacy with each bed being in a separate room.
Only 30 min from Snowbowl, 15 min from downtown Flagstaff, 40 min from Sedona
The space
When you enter the home you will come into the open concept living area.
This includes a large square shaped table for your group to enjoy meals or games, the comfortable living room with a quality flatscreen TV and streaming options, a beautiful wood-burning stove, and the fully equipped kitchen (including dishes, pots and pans, French press, wok, air fryer, blender, griddle, hand mixer, crockpot, electric wine opener and so much more!

The living room includes a very comfortable sofa which pulls out into a queen size bed for two guests.
Down the hall you will find 3 bedrooms (a master bedroom with a king bed and a private bathroom, and two other bedrooms equipped with queen size beds) and a hallway bathroom.

This home has 3 smart tvs for your entertainment, a cozy outdoor seating area, fire safety equipment including smoke alarms and fire extinguishers, fire blankets and window escape ladders!
Guest access
You will have access to the whole home minus the supply closets for our cleaning team!
Other things to note
The wood stove will be available for guest use to enhance your stay.
If you are unfamiliar with how to safely operate a wood burning stove, please do not use this feature!
Please always be sure the flue is open and there is proper ventilation- do not burn anything other than wood in this stove- do not use chemicals or lighter fluid of any kind! If you have questions, please ask. There are extra blankets and space heaters available for your comfort.
There is a backyard, but it is not fully fenced- you will need to take pets out on a leash during your stay.
Please note that we do get significant snow in the winter! We do have a snow plow driver set to care for the property with each storm- but please be aware that you are liable for your own vehicle. We recommend 4x4 vehicles during winter months. Snow shovels are provided!
