Roberta’s Place, Sanctuary in the Pines

Roberta's Place is a private getaway that provides all you need for a great stay in Flagstaff, no matter your reason for visiting. Roberta's Place is named after Jacob's late mom. She was such an inspiration to all she knew and our hope is that her legacy may live on with a memorable trip to Flagstaff.
The space, Roberta's Place, is a fully functioning one bedroom apartment complete with bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room, and washer and dryer. It is built on to the back of our home. You will park in our driveway (1 space provided) and walk along the house to your own private entrance.
Guest access
The entire space is closed off and private from our primary residence. We are on site should you need assistance, but there are no shared spaces besides the driveway and patio.
Other things to note
We are a family with kids that live on the property. We do our best to keep any noise to a minimum. Our kids enjoy meeting new friends, should you have kids too!
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony or patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washer/dryer, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.

The listing is exactly as described. The bed is very comfortable and the couch was comfy for sleeping on as well. The location is quiet. Our only snag was the code for check in was wrong so we had to wait outside for a while until we heard back with the correct code. Overall, it was a good experience and we would recommend this Roberta’s Place.

Perfect place to stay when visiting Flagstaff and surrounding areas. Especially for a visit to the Grand Canyon. Very cozy and comfortable place. We found this little place while browsing for places to stay on a family trip to flagstaff. Roberta’s place had raving reviews, as well as a really great price so we decided to book. The little casita lived up to the reviews 100%. So much so my little brother said “let’s give them five stars” just after check in. It was stocked with basic necessities and made our stay wonderful. Roberta’s place was sparkling clean upon our arrival. It is tastefully decorated, comfortable, quiet, and private.
