Large Flagstaff Retreat w/ Hot Tub & Guest Home
Summary:
Spacious Flagstaff retreat on 2.5 acres, minutes from trails & downtown. Perfect for large groups (sleeps 24), this property features a main house and separate guest suite. Enjoy a private hot tub, game room with a pool table, two kitchens, and a fire pit. Ideal for multi-family stays seeking luxury and convenience in the mountains.
The Space:
Welcome to your spacious and luxurious Flagstaff retreat! Our large home, complete with a separate guest house, is the perfect choice for large families, groups, or friends looking for a comfortable and stylish getaway on 2.5 forested acres.
Accommodations: With 7 total bedrooms (5 in the main house, 2 in the guest house) and 4.5 bathrooms, our home comfortably sleeps 24. Our beautifully appointed bedrooms feature a variety of sleeping arrangements, including king-sized beds, queen-sized beds, and twin beds, all with high-quality linens for a restful night's sleep.
Living Spaces: Unwind in three generous common areas. The main house features an inviting, open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen, plus a cozy wood stove for chilly nights. For entertainment, head to the game room for a friendly match on the pool table.
Kitchens & Dining: The chef in your group will love having two fully equipped kitchens stocked with stainless steel appliances and ample counter space. Enjoy your meals together at the dining table or take them outside to one of the various outdoor tables.
Outdoor Oasis: Your private mountain escape awaits. Soak in the bubbling hot tub on the main home's patio, gather around the fire pit for stargazing, or fire up the BBQ grill. Kids can let their imaginations run wild in the treehouse and dedicated play areas.
Guest Access:
Guests will have private access to the entire property, including the main house, the separate guest house, and the 2.5 acres of land. Enjoy seamless arrivals with keyless entry for both homes. Guests staying in the main house will also have access to the garage.
The Neighborhood:
Our home is technically located in the county, but is just minutes from the city limits of Flagstaff. We are 5 mins from Flagstaff airport and also 5 minutes from fort tuthill where Flagstaff Xtreme and the Snow Play Park is located (during winter months). There is also a bike park there for all levels.
This is a great property to bring your toys and take your side by sides, dirt bikes or ATVs straight from the property to miles of trails along Old Munds Highway.
We are about 7 minutes from the University and downtown for families visiting their kids or those that want to check out the cute shops and good food.
Getting Around:
The best way to explore Flagstaff and the surrounding Northern Arizona attractions is by car. While Flagstaff does have public transit and ride-share options, many of the area’s highlights—such as the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Snowbowl, Walnut Canyon, and countless hiking trails—are easiest to reach when you have your own vehicle. A car allows you to enjoy the flexibility of mountain drives, day trips, and exploring at your own pace. Streets are easy to navigate, and most destinations offer convenient parking. We do recommend a car with 4WD/AWD during extreme winter conditions.
