We had such a wonderful stay! It was incredibly comfortable, very clean, and had all the amenities we needed. Everything was thoughtfully set up, which made it feel so homey and welcoming from the moment we walked in. It truly felt like a home away from home. Wonderful area!

This is a beautiful property in a very unique area. The neighborhood is gorgeous and has a wonderful path all the way around and a little hiking trail in the woods off of the neighborhood. Be warned, the house does have a lot of stairs. Still, it is beautiful and well decorated. Functional and comfortable. It is an easy drive to downtown Flagstaff. And almost as close as you could get to NAU.

30 day visit in February 2025

Property is on the West side, about 5 mins from NAU. Our extended family members were also about 5 mins away. With virtually no snow, we were able walk the local trails, and travel the city extensively. The house served as a great central location for socializing, entertaining, and helping with daily family meetings and school events. The atmosphere was casual, and inviting, and our grand children adapted to the resources quickly. The residence has plenty of room for multiple activities of entertaining, privacy and homework. Summarizing, the residence was key to a very enjoyable visit to Flagstaff.
