The location wasn’t bad, it was right off the freeway, and 15 min from Flagstaff. The room didn’t appear dirty until we pulled the cushions off the coach; we found dirt and dog hair and the sheets looked dirty. When I booked the room it stated a walk in shower, but it was a bath tube. The bathroom door was broken and would not close.

I was impressed by the 24‑hour front desk service. I spoke to a real person through a kiosk, which made checking in very convenient—especially since we arrived late in the evening.
