We had a wonderful time in Sheraton Hotel in Fiji. Everything was brilliant 👍 the hotel is amazing with lots of things to do, one of the highlights was the kids club where Mrs Claire looked after the children beautifully keeping them happy and entertained, children loved it. Allowing us parents to do whenever we want. Would highly recommend it 👍🇫🇯

Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would likely stay again if we are in Denarau. The villas were clean, spacious and provided all the facilities we may have needed (including kitchenette, and in room laundry facilities). There was enough space to relax in the common areas which was great. The pools were great as were the access to facilities at the Westin. The only part of our stay that were were a little disappointed with was the service. The breakfast buffet was chaos (it was the easter weekend), perhaps they should do 'sittings' as the chaos definitely made the breakfast less enjoyable. The food however was still good. The other disappointing thing was our checkout. We were flying out on Sunday 1/04/18, over night there had been significant amounts of rain due to a nearby cyclone. This caused several roads to Nadi to be cut off due to flooding. When we checked out we enquired whether we would be able to get to the airport later than day for our evening flight. We were advised by the reception staff that we roads to the airport were open and we'd be fine. When we were about to leave for the airport (around 330-4pm) we checked again with them and were again advised we'd be fine to drive in our hire car. Once we left we discovered this most definitely was not the case, roads were impassable in a 2wd we turned around an went to the Hilton who organised a 4wd taxi for us. It was disappointing that Sheraton did advise us that we won't be able to get through in our car and to take a 4wd taxi. There was a lot of people in the lobby during the entire day (it looked like a relief centre) and we believe Sheraton simply wanted to get us out of there. I also think if we had returned to the Sheraton (and not gone to the Hilton) they wouldn't have been able to organised a 4wd taxi for us in time to catch our flight. I would have been nice if they were honest with us as we had a whole day to figure out a route to the airport rather than scrambling to get there at the last minute.

We have stayed at the Sheraton before but never the villas, The villas were amazing.I traveled with my daughter and my older parents so there was 3 adults and 1 child. I was so worried as. Being 45 I didn’t think I would enjoy staying with my parents, but to my surprise the villas were huge, we had 1 king size bed and 2 double beds with 2 bathrooms, kitchen and a lounge room and 2 verendas. At night my daughter and I stayed in the room with the 2 double beds so we could actually shut the door so we were like in our own motel room. The room was spotless and on arrival we were given 2 bottles of Fiji water in our room. The ladies who cleaned our room kept it spotless with fresh towels and sheets plus they left a beautiful flower on bed each day , my 7 year old loved this. The pool was amazing probably better then the Sheraton as it was deeper. The only thing was never staff around to order drinks always had to walk down to the water edge bar and pool. We had breakfast at the feast, the ladies who made the omelette were always friendly and made best omelette. The only thing was very hot in restaurant and not many fans and no air con . Kids club were great, couldn’t stop my daughter for wanting to go. Had dinner a few times at the feast but was a bit expensive and not much choice for fussy eaters . A lot of times we would get a taxi $7 down to Denarau port and have a Cheeper meal there. Can get bula bus but it’s $8 a adult. The front of desk staff were always very helpful nothing was never a problem. WiFi in room was not great, had trouble doing my work in the room, better WiFi was in main foyer at Sheraton but was inconvenient to sit up there . I will be definitely coming back, if you love a relaxing holiday this is the place to stay . BULA

Bulla..We have just arrived home from family vacation, 2 couples stayed at hotel, one family stayed in villas. Hotel rooms were quite roomy.. big bathrooms and pretty quiet, omg the villas were fabulous and suited a young family .. very spacious. Staff were excellent..and very friendly. Easy walk or bulla bus 🚌 to other local places, golf club across road, marina not far with great restaurants, Westin next door with also great pools and show. Swim up bar at villas is great. Kids enjoyed kids club.First time in Fiji but not our last. Vinaka

We recently completed a stay here with my husband, 7yr old, inlaws and my mum. They 3-bedroom seafront Villas were perfect for what we needed. Plenty of space and each room with its own bathroom. The view from the villa was amazing and was located right by the infinity pool which Master (7) spent hours playing in. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast at both the Sheraton and the Westin which was included in our package. So many different foods on offer. Also enjoyed using the Brown Bula Bus to transport us around the 3-resorts, and Denerau Golf Club. The rooms themselves are getting a bit run down, but this is topped by provision of facilities and the wonderful staff.

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment in the Villa area. It was a bonus to have access to facilities at Sheraton , Westin and Villas. Check in is via reception of Sheraton. Many hotels all in a row offer lots of different eating and drinking options. Breakfast either in Sheraton or Westin was good. Bula bus (at a small cost) makes it easy to travel from hotel to hotel and to the wharf were there are more dining choices. Pools were great at all hotels. However were very disappointed with the condition of our room - all tvs not working, large food spills on kitchen cupboard doors, no towels in our room and damage to our clothing hanging drying in our bathroom. Our expectations were high as we paid top dollar to stay and they were certainly not met. Choose the location but not this hotel.

What a wonderful holiday destination. We are a family of 5. Twin 3.5 yr olds and a 7 year old. This is our 2nd time at the Villas. We use the kids club and the nanny service. We dine all at the Villas and at the Sheraton restaurants. We have had such a wonderful experience whilst being here. We will be back for sure!

The place is slightly outdated but on the other hand has got everything you need. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa with separate kitchen/living room. It has got a big fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The washing machine doesn’t wash well at all but it does the trick during the holiday. The food in the restaurants is ok. The Flight Fish presented some interesting curry. Ports O’Call is perfect for a date night without the kids :) The best place for lunch is Pantry (by reception). The Tom Yum soup is fantastic and my son and hubby had the chicken nuggets every single day! The gym is again outdated but you can find things to do. Staff are very friendly and the nanny survive is the cheapest we have ever had (20 F$ for 3 hours). The person we will missed the most is our nanny Nubia! She is one of the most caring and lovely people we have ever met. Our 11months old took to her immediately. One negative thing is that it was very difficult to arrange food for the baby. There was no one I can request a small piece of chicken and a carrot so I can make food for my lil one so ended up buying ready made meals every day. The pools are heated which is brilliant. The Big Bulla aqua park is 5 min walk and we were the only ones there so we had a fantastic time going on every single slight without having to wait. The sunsets are one of the most beautiful ones we have seen but this is not a beach place so we will stick to Maldives. Good value for money after all.

This is our third stay at Sheraton villas and i have to say its our home away from home. The staff are absolutely amazing especially all the Flying fish staff Epi, Seta ,Peni, Marica, Doris, Teresia ,Nimi , Sailasa and Elizabeth and Kitty at the Feast. They truly have the fijian welcome that you come to fiji for and that makes you want to come back too. It was great to see the sheraton management (Arvo) come out and speak to the guests including myself and introducing himself to us and seeing if he can do anything to make our stay a pleasant time. house keeping at the villas were extremely Clean and thorough. I would highly recommend Sheraton and sheraton villas as a place to stay. I will be back again . I apologise if i have missed any names you are all amazing😊

Six of us (four adults and two children) stayed in a three-bedroom villa. It was spacious and well-appointed. Of the two pools in the complex, one is ideal for kids, having a walk-in edge, though the deep end wasn't suitable for non-swimmers. The other pool is much larger. There is plenty of shaded seating around the pools. The service levels have improved out of sight since previous visits to the Sheraton, when it sometimes took up to two days to get something attended to.
