We reached early in the morning & waited eagerly for a ground floor villa which was communicated to Sheraton official booking site. 2 check in counter staff assisted in the procedure but was unable to give the room as promise. I asked for the manager with the documents that I printed from the emails. Floor manager Mary was understanding and empathetic of our situation & quickly delivered the commitment. Sheraton should look into the two processes (reservation system & on site room securing) to make it more seamless and less stressful for the on site check in staff & customers. These asides, everything else were wonderful. We love the breakfast at Westin better (friendliness & quality). Easily access by 5 mins walking or by brown bula bus (foc). We took the Public Bula bus $1 just outside Sheraton at the main road, brought us to port Or Nadi town. Purchased Captain Cook cruises to Tivua island & dive with white tip marine adventures from the port. Rosie holidays tour desk could be seen at Sheraton & Westin. Booked a waterfall/ bamboo rafting & village tour with them, 50% off adult price for child below 15yrs. Good tour. All the restaurants charged 25% VATS which makes it expensive, it’s great that the villa had kitchen. Washer & dryer came in handy for Long trip. We did ate in Tu’s, the restaurant arranged cab back at $fjd 15. Overall experience, more good than bad. Vinaka Sheraton for maintaining the beautiful greenery & convenience for the travellers.
6 adults, 5 children, 5 nights. Villas were very well appointed, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry facilities which were put to good use after a week on an island. Full kitchen if you wanted to cook???? Breakfast was included and had endless options. If your choice of coffee was anything other than a pot of brewed there was a charge. Bit mean we thought as the room charge was considerable. We ate at the Golf & racquet club on a couple of occasions... cheap and cheerful and at Mumma’s pizza at the port as well. Really good pizza. Meals at the resort were very expensive. We had New Years Eve dinner there and we we underwhelmed to say the least! Buffet with meat and salads, worst prawns and oysters EVER!! Desserts we’re basically non existent by the time we got to eat and had to buy the chicken an ice cream. This spoilt an otherwise great stay.
I had a major problem with this hotel. My room was on a second floor no elevator, large resort that caters to tourists, pool closed at 7 pm, beach was black sand, restaurant the food was expensive but decent, check in staff screwed up my trip. I only booked this hotel to transfer to tokoriki Sheraton. If you are in the same boat please save yourself some money and the hassle. The transfer was not arranged and I missed 6 hours. Sheraton reservations allowed me to stay in my room until 2 pm. This was pretty unforgivable and they did nothing to remedy this. Additionally at first glance the room looked great, but it was very musty, and everything was a cost, even their bus to go to the other resorts was a cost. So disappointing. To be fair when I expressed my disappointment and asked to speak to the manager she did come out and speak to me. However no resolution I had to email my original contact.
Would recommend Sheraton Fiji. The staff are so accommodating & very friendly.Such a beautiful resort. The food was amazing. Our room, had ocean views & was always clean & I loved the flowers from the garden on our bed. Ports of call restaurant was so perfect to celebrate our special anniversary. This was our second time at the Sheraton.
We stayed there for 2 nights and 3 days. I loved the ambience and the peace and quiet. The villa is well equipped with comfortable beds, common area, versatile kitchen, washer/dryer and 1 master bedroom plus a shared room. We bought ingredients from Yees expressmart/deli located right next door and paid for a day pass on the BULA bus for $8 and went sight seeing around Denarau enroute to our destination (Port Denarau). A relaxing day filled with great comfort/service and surrounded by family.
Beautifully appointed resort. Rooms spotless as were the pools and grounds. Staff were awesome, helpful and friendly. Food was great and plenty of selection. Only down side was being let down by the porter's on arrival and departure. Would highly recommend.
We travel at least 4 times a year and when in fiji we always stay at the Sheraton villas you have a choice of huge 2 and 3 bedroom great design and 2 queen beds and one king so tons of room bedrooms can be totally closed off finally some where with privacy. Food is not cheap but is good quality and across the road you have the Golf Club great food good prices cheap drinks and takeaway also.Want to go out hop on the bula bus runs about every 10 minutes dirt cheap buy tickets at shop ride to marina about 10 minutes choice of at least 10 restaurant try them all. Now the most important issue Kids Club. Our daughter has always refused to go to kids clubs everywhere even on cruise ships but miss six has been daily to the kids club she loves the staff who understand how shy she is ,the staff are exceptional and i want to thank them sincerely, you have made this trip the best holiday we have ever had and we have already booked our next trip Thank you See you next year Trevor Lisa and Phoebe
My family of 5 stayed in a 3 bedroom villa facing the sea and pool. Loved it. Clean, comfy beds and just lots of space. Has a kitchenette and washing machine. How convenient ! Wonderful service staff. Plenty of pools and nice lounging areas.
Great place to stay with a family. Kitchen, washing machine, dryer available. You get to also share the facilities at the Sheraton and Weston resorts as well. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The daily activities were great - my kids loved playing touch football with the staff everyday. Great pools and plenty of shade. Cleaning staff wanting to clean your room daily. Would definitely stay here again.
Travelled with my wife, 5 and 3 year old and we all had a ball. Hotel had over 5 pools shared with Westin and Sheraton which we could access any pool and any restaurant. Plenty of things to do for the kids. Baby sitters there if needed. We used a bag sitter for a day which was perfect. Restaurants especially the FEAST was the best buffet breakfast and dinners. Can’t wait to come back Thanks to all The staff especially SETA for everything. Very friendly and will help With anything anytime.
