Hitel is lacking some key conveniences. Elecator only works for one floor and did not work when we were there. There was no water in the morning when we were checking out. They say 24 hour receptionist but no one answered for our call early morning for lack of water. There is no place in the shower to put your shampoo soap hair brush etc

We booked the cheapest double bed room that was available. It looked nothing like the pictures, but they most likely put their best rooms/apartments in the picture, and didn't show that room on their website Our room was claustrophobically small and the bed pretty uncomfortable. We are travelling on a small budget and usually get whatever cheap hotel that has a decent rating and are satisfied with standard room, but this one was below average. Nothing too bad about it, just keep your expectations very low.

Decent stay, with several pretty major problems

We enjoyed the chance to stay in an actual local apartment. Washing machine came in very handy (drying is on the balcony). However, some things needed improvement: Lights, first of all. Inside, ridiculous purple-blue-pink LED lights were working well, but the regular white lights were almost all burnt out, especially near the kitchen, making the whole environment unpleasant. Second, at the time we checked in, the area under the sink really stunk with rotten garbage. There was actually no garbage there, it was probably removed during cleaning just before we checked in, but the stench was horrible. Finally, it would have been nice to leave some basics like paper towels, salt, cooking oil, and maybe a small pack of detergent for the washer in the kitchen for the guests.

Best Place

Great place. Clean, tidy and spacious rooms. The hotel is well positioned (short walk to the Marina, Cafes, Restaurants, grocery stores and weekly markets) yet well away from noisy traffic. And the hotel owner offers the best kind and considerate service that anyone could ask for.

Whirlpool in room!!!!! Best hotel ive ever been to

Let me start by saying the room was so affordable. It was super clean very spacious and so so beautiful. The best part was the room had a whirlpool jacuzzi in the room!! I was shocked and amazed. I stayed on the too floor and the view while sitting in the whirlpool having a glass of wine was stunning. Views of the mountains on one side views of the ocean on another it was just everything and more I could ever expect from a hotel. and right in the center of fethiye 5 minutes walk to everything. STAY HERE I PROMISE YOU WONT REGRET IT. A+++++++++++++++ hotel

Excellent location

Close to harbour. Not accessible as it has no lifts and 3 flights of stairs and then a dangerous set of outdoors stairs to the 4th floor. Our room had a jacuzzi which was old but still a nice-to-have. We paid 788TL for 3 nights which was a good price for central Fethiye.
