3 bedroom, 2 bath home on Private Runyan Lake in Fenton Michigan with boating as a must! Tons of Parking, large yard for activities, 60ft of frontage with a dock. The garage has Ping-Pong, Shuffle board and a Dart board. There are four TV's in the home; master bedroom, the bunk room, the living room and dining room. Great Large kitchen to entertain, with outdoor patio furniture, grill, fire pit and hot tub!
