I enjoyed how fast I could get from my car to my room from the side entrance. Very convenient for when I need to run an errand or take a quick trip to the store. I only wish I could have seen my car from my side of the building but I wasn’t sure if we could park back there.

The main complaint I have is that this is now a Holiday Inn Express and that was unknown when I was trying to find it. There we no signs saying it was "Cross Creek Inn" so we kept driving in circles after a long ride trying to find our hotel. Don't get me wrong... we were pleasantly surprised as Holiday Inn Express is one of our favorite hotels! The only othert complaint is there are no vending machines or market in the hotel to get drinks or snacks and no water fountain/cooler that I was aware of. Other than that the place is great! Beds are very comfortable, pillows are amazing and the staff we encountered were wonderful! It has been completely remodeled and everything we fresh and clean. It also has one of the better "free" breakfast spreads I've seen in a hotel. Cheese omelet, scrambled eggs, bacon, turkey sausage and potatoes! Also the regular offerings of cereal, fresh oatmeal, yogurt, bagels, muffins and even cinnamon rolls! Bottled oj and 2 types of milk. All that was missing was a water option. I would absolutely stay here again!
