The property is fabulous, in a great location. It's unfortunate there isn't a stove/oven or a dishwasher. The description is clear, so wasn't a surprise, just something that would be nice. The units are very accommodating and nice space.

This house was perfect for our family trip. It includes three suites—two of which are like charming apartments with two bedrooms and two bathrooms each—plus a master suite. With a kitchen in each suite, we had the flexibility to enjoy breakfast privately or gather together for meals.We used the downstairs suite (#2) as our main gathering space, since it has a large sectional sofa that accommodated everyone comfortably. The beds were very comfortable, and there was ample parking in the back, which was especially helpful since we were arriving from different parts of the country and had several rental cars.The location is excellent. We could walk to downtown in just a few minutes, where there were plenty of restaurants, shops, and coffee spots. There was also a large farmer's market on Saturday morning. We rented bicycles and completed a 12-mile round-trip ride to Lake Fayetteville along a paved path that runs the entire route.We highly recommend staying at The Brick House. We just wish we could have stayed longer.Mike & Kathi

Perfect location for our group of sisters and spouses. House was immaculate and well prepared. Two washers and dryers. Full size refrigerators in each apartment which was great for breakfast, snacks and drinks. Each had an outdoor balcony with comfortable chairs. Every bedroom had a bathroom and TV. Beds were comfortable. The house was decorated “industrial decor” but with really cute touches. My apartment had a sofa that was not as comfortable as the others, but good enough for TV. We were in Fayettville for a wedding. House is on a very busy street, but inside it was quiet - Especially at night because all rooms are in the rear of the house. We all seemed to gather in the downstairs apartment. Room was large enough for the 6 of us, plus family members who would stop by. Entry through the parking in the rear led into one bedroom down stairs. Since we were not using it, was not a problem. You could enter the house through the front door and go to each apartment without disturbing any of the other apartments. Would definately recommend and would stay here again.

Perfect stay in eveey way

The space was more generous than expected. It was the absolute perfect setup for 3 families to share. The home was well stocked and communication was impeccable. Bonus was how adorable it was decorated. Im looking forward to returning.

Home For Memorial Service

Property worked out fine for 3 suites for 4 families. Each had their own privacy but yet we could break bread together. Only thing that was awkward was the back bedroom being the access to the entire house. I would recommend using the front door so each suite can come and go as they please. Nice property. We will use again.

Great location for our Fayetteville getaway!

Myself and three more friends came up for a guys golf weekend. We chose to stay near downtown so we could take in some of Fayetteville's best restaurants and entertainment options within walking distance. The house was extremely spacious for our group of four and everyone appreciated the privacy that the setup allowed. There was also plenty of room for us to get together and enjoy everyone's company. The host did a great job of making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We would stay here again.

It was perfect!!

We had the BEST time! The house was absolutely perfect for our little getaway to watch the Razorbacks play basketball. It was super clean and neat and the location was ideal. We loved having a separate space for each family, but still plenty of living space in each unit to hang out. We will definitely stay again!

Great location

My wife and close friends stayed here for a motorcycle trip through Arkansas. Was a great location for walking and the house was pleasant. It is lacking a full kitchen but i was aware of that. Plus there are great restaurants close by to indulge yourselves on! Small issue checking in due to key codes but other than that no issues whatsoever.

Best Stay!

The place was just as the pictures described. We loved that we all had our own bedrooms and bathrooms. While we were here for work and didn't get to spend alot of time in the house. We enjoyed it and that we were able to walk to Dickson street and the shops that were only a couple blocks away. The COOP was adorable and just a few blocks from the house

Fantastic for big families

This property is beautiful and perfect for big families. We all had more than enough room to hang out but also have our own space. The property managers were very communicative and the space is absolutely beautiful! We were able to walk to places and it was a great location!! We would DEFINITELY stay her again!
