We had another family walk into our room during our stay while undressed. Instead of admitting fault, the attendant made it seem as though I was not supposed to be in that room. I don’t think that Jennifer handled it as it should’ve been she stated she would leave a note for the next day, which she in fact, did not we had to escalate the situation as our privacy was jeopardized.

Building is in good shape, only 2yrs old. But the room design is terrible. Can’t see TV from bed. Poorly positioned. Then more infuriating is the lighting. I was very disappointed and 6am I went to the lobby looking for coffee and a COMENT CARD. The smiley got at the desk and a great breakfast saved the day.
