Very disappointing for a Ramada. Was not the cleanest, bed was old. The room smelled like old smoke. When we walked into the building it smelled like pot. Not very family friendly.

I have stayed at the Ramada many times. Always enjoy my stay.

Overall, stay was ok. The pictures posted by the hotel are misleading. They make it appear as if it's a normal hotel where one enters through the lobby and the elevator to the hotel room is in the same building. In reality, you are expected to drive to a separate location in back of the hotel with absolutely NO security. As a young woman, I would not have felt safe staying here alone. There are no locks to the doors to enter the building so anyone could enter, and there is no staff in the entrance area monitoring who comes and leaves. The clientele of this hotel tend to appear seedy and sometimes hang around outside. The signs in the parking lot warn you not to leave valuables in your car as the hotel is not responsible for break-ins. Additionally, there were broken bottles in the grassy area, making it dangerous to walk your dog at night. Overall, did not feel very safe staying here. The room itself was fine and clean, although a bit worn-down. But overall was a perfectly decent room for the price. They also provided some extras in the room such as coffee, shower cap, alcohol wipes, etc. I was, however, put off by the $50 pet cleaning fee as much nicer hotels with much nicer rooms charge $25-35 normally. This hotel was already very run-down so I doubt any dog (25 lbs or less no less) could have done much damage. On the bright side, it does allow pets, so that was an important factor in choosing our stay.

Well the customer service was good the rooms are nice and clean everybody was polite

Well first off they put me in a room that was insulting. It looked like it had a party the night before, trash everywhere, bed not made, piss in the total but that’s not the worse part. I go down to change rooms they tell me they don’t have any availability so I was on the phone trying to find a place to lay my head for a hour and a half

It was close to my destination. I had driven for six hours and needed a place to rest.

Everything was ok except there was a Weird smell throughout the hallway

It was nice only thing is no hot breakfast due to covid

Property was disgusting. It had mold, water on the floor, black in the toliet and the water ran black!!

The room was excellent and well maintained. It was comfortable but I missed the amenities.

it was no service and things were broke in a 140 dollar room

No easily accessible outlet near the desk, to plug in computer. Also, some lamps did not have working bulbs....

The room was spacious and it had toiletries but it could have been cleaned better. It also could have used some remodeling- the tiles on the bathroom roof were coming out, there was stains on the wall, and the carpet wasn’t the nicest. It was also extremely loud until 3am. The walls are super thin and to make it worst there were people screaming and yelling at each other in the halls and outside on the patio. Would not stay here again

The remote to the tv was missing, took me 20 minutes to find the room (nothing that indicates numbers outside), fridge didnt work, phone wouldnt work unless held down. Only needed it for a night but a waste of $60.

I did not like the next door clients that constantly loudly were slamming the door and then started smoking in the non-smoking section of the hotel

The bathroom was dirty didn't even look like someone cleaned it (shower and toilet) room was nonsmokers room but it smelled like cigarettes definitely not worth how much i paid for it.

Thank you so much for taking the time to give us your feedback. I am sorry but our pet fee has always been $50, even when I worked at LaQuinta it was $50, non-refundable.
