Sadly the home has an extremely moldy washing machine and clearly is never cleaned properly. As a result all the linens and towels have a mold smell. The dishwasher is broken al well and leaks water of to run a load of dishes. Seems easily cured so very frustrating when you spend a lot of money to have this horrendous experience. 2 of the beds in the guest rooms are extremely soft and not good with anyone who likes anything resembling a firm mattress.

Lots of flys

The location of this property is close to the college and easy to get around. The main problem for us was the flys. There were fly strips hanging inside the home so definitely a problem they are aware of. We bought fly swatter and spray to help but it was bad. Upon arrival the key code would not work they gave us 3 different codes and none would work so finally just gave us the emergency code. The minute we walked in the fire alarm was beeping. We grabbed a battery while at the store and at 11 pm another one went off. So first impression was not great. Besides that the property worked for what we needed.

BED BUGS

This property was infected with bed bugs. We drove 10 1/2 hours to visit our son for Thanksgiving. Needless to say this was a trip from hell. We checked in Wednesday evening around 6pm got right in and got to prepping for our big thanksgiving family dinner. It hit 11pm to turn it in for the night. Everyone retreat to their rooms. Five minutes later I hear screaming I’m getting bit something is biting me. My sister jumps up and notice something crawling on her. My nephew jumps up and says I’m getting bit by something sure enough we inspect and there you go bed is full of tiny and large bed bugs. We immediately call and there was nothing they could do about it until morning. We had to sleep I. The car the first night and leave all our stuff in the house. The director of operations came out the next day after several attempts to get a resolution. She inspected and confirmed bed bugs. Our thanksgiving was ruined and we ended our trip early. They did refund us but left us hanging with nowhere to stay and with the lost of ok our clothes. We didn’t want to risk bringing bed bugs back home

Excellent property - confusing communications

This property was perfect for our needs during my son’s graduation celebration. I was large, clean and a great gathering spot for friends and family. Though I booked and paid through VRBO (as usual) … I was notified one day before our arrival that all further communication should be directed to the property’s management team. The day before our departure, I sent a message asking for a 1 hour extension on our checkout time. The 3rd party management team of COHOBNB then started sending messages requesting authorization to use my credit card on file for the remaining balance (already paid in full) and late check out. Thankfully, as a VRBO homeowner and longtime customer, I sensed that I my payment information had been shared with a 3rd party and took the necessary precautions to secure my card. Great property … but be weary of sharing your information.

Razorback Track Reunion

The house was well stocked, quiet, comfortable, and quick access to the track facilities. Our kids live in different states so it was great to have some family time, cook some dinner and relax after a long day watching our track star and the other athletes. Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderfully appointed & well located

This lovely home was perfect for our family stay in Fayetteville! Well appointed and so cute, we really enjoyed our stay here. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed for a great stay. So much nicer than a hotel when staying with 2/3 couples and close to what we needed access to in town! Our hosts were awesome!

BEST STAY EVER!!

Our stay at this home was the best rental we have ever had!!! Aside from the beautiful interior and super nice hosts, the best part of our stay was feeling comfortable having our fur babies with us. The fenced in back yard was secure and we were able to let them run around to work off energy at the end of the day. The host was extremely welcoming towards the pups. Normally we are forced to stay in a less than ideal place because of the dogs. It was AMAZING to have a brand new and well managed home to feel like home away from home. Some other things about the home was it’s a new neighborhood with homes still being developed. However, we didn’t feel as if it effected our stay. Another great amenity that doesn’t get enough credit was the top notch window drapery. If I had to say anything negative, it would probably be the king bed had a metal frame and it was squeaky to get in and out of, but that’s getting really picky. Otherwise, I can’t say anything negative…zero. I would 100% recommend this listing!
