En juillet dernier, nous avons rĂ©servĂ© une villa sur Fayence (dĂ©partement du Var) du 9 au 16 aoĂ»t dernier. La rĂ©servation a Ă©tĂ© validĂ©e et le montant dĂ©bitĂ© de mon compte bancaire. J'ai tentĂ© de joindre le propriĂ©taire a plusieurs reprises pour nous coordonner sur la procĂ©dure d'arrivĂ©e, y compris le 9 aoĂ»t, jour oĂč nous devions prendre possession du bien. Appels restĂ©s sans rĂ©ponses. Une fois sur place, aprĂšs un long trajet parsemĂ© d'embouteillages, nous avons dĂ©couvert la villa mais celle-ci n'Ă©tait pas entretenue (jardin extĂ©rieur avec des feuilles et dĂ©chets partout, eau de la piscine toute verte avec moustiques Ă  profusion, pas de clĂ©s pour accĂ©der au logement, etc...). Bref, nous n'avons jamais pu bĂ©nĂ©ficier du logement, ce qui nous a mis dans une situation stressante, sans logement pour ma famille et moi.Nous contactons Abritel qui dĂ©cide alors de nous compliquer la vie : aucun remboursement possible, aucune solution proposĂ©e. Nous devions trouver un logement (en haute saison et au dernier moment) et Abritel prendrait en charge une partie... RĂ©ponse scandaleuse qui m'invite aujourd'hui Ă  ne plus jamais vouloir passer par cette plateforme. Entre la publicitĂ© tĂ©lĂ©visĂ©e et la rĂ©alitĂ©, il y a une Ă©norme diffĂ©rence. Je ne recommande pas !

Aufenthalt 10. - 17. September 2022 Der Hausbesitzer hat Anfang August das Haus Jonila außerhalb von Belvilla vermietet, das wir (bereits im Juli) an jemand anderen vermietet haben. Er teilte uns dies erst 24 Stunden vorher mit und uns wurde dann gesagt, dass wir in Lacertas Haus bleiben mĂŒssten. Da waren wir schon unterwegs, hatten keinen Internetzugang mehr und hatten keine andere Wahl, als das angebotene Haus anzunehmen. Außerdem wurde angegeben, dass es besser wĂ€re, aber das uns zugeteilte Haus war kleiner mit sehr kleinen Schlafzimmern (5 m2) und von deutlich geringerer QualitĂ€t. Die Toilette war halb fertig und der Toilettensitz fehlte. Kissen fehlten grĂ¶ĂŸtenteils und die Matratzen waren zu schmutzig zum Anfassen. Es ist nicht mit Haus Jonila zu vergleichen. Wer die Bewertungen von Lacerta liest, wird verstehen, dass wir dieses Haus niemals gebucht hĂ€tten.

Das Haus ist eine DoppelhaushĂ€lfte. Die Möbel am Pool waren sehr alt und die Auflagen sehr schmutzig, ebenso die Sitzgelegenheiten draußen vor dem Haus. Das Haus stank nach Katzen und als wir ankamen, gab es eine offene TĂŒte Katzenfutter. Eine Art Poolhaus war versprochen worden, aber das entpuppte sich als vernagelte Scheune. Kein KĂŒhlschrank am Pool und kein Waschbecken. Wir sind vom Komfort dieser Villa fĂŒr diesen Preis enttĂ€uscht. Der Anbau (mit zwei Etagenbetten darin) ist ebenfalls noch nicht fertig. Auch keine BettwĂ€sche, HandtĂŒcher fĂŒr diesen zu hohen Betrag.
