Super friendly staff. The halls smelled like smoke but the room didn't smell bad.
Met our needs to have a place to sleep while visiting family.
The Bloomfield Super 8 is a bit run down but it was clean. It is centrally located and easy to get to. The receptionist was very cheerful and helpful. The breakfast was limited and plain, but fine for the money, although the seating is very limited. My only complaint was that the heater/AC was very noisy and we had to turn it off to sleep, but that didn't cause any problems.
the super 8 in Farmington is a far nicer place with a indoor pool etc. We made reservations in Bloomfield and regretted it as the property was older. That being said the staff was freindly and it was clean.
The Super 8 in Bloomfield, NM is an excellent place to stay for a very reasonable price. The room and bathroom was very clean with good sheets and towels. The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel is located in Bloomfield, with Farmington and Aztec just a few minutes away. The only thing that is a little bit difficult is getting in and out of the hotel parking lot. I stayed three nights, and the day I left there was a big snow storm. The manager was very helpful in assisting me to make sure the roads were safe for travel. I have stayed at this Super 8 before, and will again when I visit my family in that area. If you are looking for a hotel that is conviently located with clean rooms and bathrooms, friendly staff and reasonable price, the Super 8 in Bloomfield is a great choice!
IT WAS GOOD
After a long drive from out of state, I had only 1/2 hr. to find where the memorial service was that I was attending. My check in was fast, efficient, and pleasant. The best part was that several other people around Bloomfield couldn't tell me where the park was that I needed to get to. [...], the front desk clerk, was lifesaver! She not only knew where the park was, but how to get there!!!! Because of her I was able to arrive on time!! Bless her heart!These rooms are clean, neat, and best of all the a/c is FANTASTIC!!!I ended up staying an extra day beyond my reservation, and while it would have been more convenient to stay in Farmington, I chose to stay at Super 8 in Bloomfield because of the reasonable rates, very friendly staff, and convenience of eating establishments close by.
