My husband didn't realize he booked 2 bedroomIt was great price and great hotel we are definitely coming back here and looking same hotel different state. We love traveling road trip and try new hotels.
Hotel is quiet and in good location, cleaning services are good, but they are using a strong chemicals for cleaning (I think to remove pets odour) which are not good for the people having allergy........................
This place is ideal when passing through New Mexico, if you're visiting the Four Corners area, choose here. From the good choice in the breakfast buffet to nice rooms with kitchenette facilities. Best of all, walk to Chili's, Outback, Olive Garden and Albertsons !
We stayed at TownePlace Suites for a week. We were traveling with our adult daughter and grandson and were able to secure a two bedroom suite which met our needs perfectly. The unit had a small kitchen with full size refrigerator, stove, and all the necessary cutlery, pots, dishes, etc. to make simple meals in the room. The bedrooms were tight but each had a television, closet, and separate AC unit. We shared the single bath but it was split with a sink in one area and the tub/toilet in another so two could utilize the space at the same time. The hotel offers a decent breakfast buffet in the morning and coffee most of the day. Our room was clean and in good repair. The grounds were well kept and there is plenty of parking in the rear for large vehicles or those towing a trailer as we were. We didn’t utilize the pool or fitness center but both appeared to be clean and in working order. The staff was very accommodating and even allowed us to change rooms after our first night so we could have an upper floor with a better view. TownePlace isn’t a fancy upscale property but for less than $100 per night for a true 2 bedroom suite you can’t go wrong!
I stay at this hotel about every 4 to 6 weeks. When I first starting staying there it was always very clean and the staff very friendly. The staff has changed, but still very nice. The cleanliness is my issue. That is the most important thing to me for a hotel. I hope they can get it together, and I will give 1 more chance, but if it doesn't improve I will definitely find another hotel in the area.
My wife and I have been coming to this hotel since 2013 totaling 3 visits. Each trip we book the same type of room. (King Studio). We have always found this hotel to be average to nice, with being fairly clean and hospitable staff. This trip however disappointed, for we found that once again the hot tub was out of service, and the swimming pool was cloudy as if a bunch of dirty kids had been swimming in it. Even the cool decking around the pool was dirty and stained. The walls had peeling paint to boot. This year we decided to bring our dog and painfully accepted the $100 "Non-Refundable Deposit". Honestly, why is it called a deposit if it is Non-Refundable? And how can you justify charging $100 to vacuum the room and furniture with a little more diligence than usual. Breakfast was second rate as usual, not too disappointed because its free but they could strive to provide a little better food. Upon arrival, check in desk was polite and accommodating, albeit we never really have any special requests. Our room was clean with the temperature set comfortably. However, we found out a few hours too late after putting food in the refrigerator that they had it turned down to almost off. For God's sake there is no reason to turn down a refrigerator ever. And they don't even provide a thermometer in it to show if it is adjusted to a safe zone to store food. Since our first stay here, we have found that the quality has gone downhill by far so we will be searching for a better hotel for next trip.
This is a nice property with an incredibly nice staff. The front desk might be seen as a "clerk" job - but the people on staff view their job as making every guest's day. Everyone says hello in a friendly way and wants to help. The night staff was particularly impressive, alert, and helpful. We stayed throughout the Thanksgiving break - and the breakfast was fine, hot coffee all throughout the day/night, and the offer was made for service on the Holiday - which really touched us. Extra towels and pillow were provided. Thank you for a great stay!
This Marriott in Farmington called Towneplace is the worst Marriott I have ever stayed paid four times the price of other motels should mean you would get four times the customer service .it does not when I arrive there I complained about the room being dirty and once I got home a week later I noticed a $250 fee for smoking which I do not smoke. try to contact their customer service and they said they had proof the proof was a picture of a cigarette butt outside the motel room in the window so without telling me anything hit the debit card which bounced my account cost me over $350 in fees never stay here worst Marriott ever!!!!!!!
Was surprised able the suite size. There was a kitchen, living/dining room and two bedrooms! The beds were very comfortable along with the sofas. It's close to the fast food or sit in eateries, shopping, and banks. They offer clothes soap for a dollar a wash. Washer and dryers are $1.50 each.
We spent one night at this hotel in Farmington. It was the usual Towneplace Suites room with a small kitchen, adequate bathroom, lots of desk space and comfortable bed. The check-in was quick and efficient, and the room was fine although it was small. It was nice having the kitchen area and bigger refrigerator. Their breakfast was quite good with all the standard midrange hotel food. The location was near a grocery store, Sam's Club and lots of restaurants. Our room was on the back, and we didn't hear any traffic noise. It was a good stay.
