The staff was very friendly at check in. The room was very clean. Location is great. This will be the 3rd time staying here. The only thing was their pool is still not open. And no mention of it when booking the room.

So many things went wrong, but the biggest problem was the General Manager. He was the worst and most rude person I have ever met when traveling. I did not expect a Marriott to provide such poor service. The last thing that set us off, my pregnant wife and I, was when Michael the General Manager entered our room without knocking before checkout while my wife was changing her clothes. Never coming back there again and probably not staying at a Marriott ever again.

We stay at this hotel every year. We love the suits as it accommodates our family very well. This last time we stayed the cleaning of the room was really not great. We could see spit/ water on the mirror, the sheets had stains on them and the furniture had dust and or crumbs. It was also disappointing that the bar was closed early. All in all it was a good stay and I recommend this hotel to nearly everyone who goes to Farmington, but the cleaners slacked this last time.
