The place was okay for the night The room I stayed in had black ants roaming around so I had to put my shoes on top of the TV stand and some bug that would jump high and was bullet proof. Had a hard time taking it out .

Great stay at a fair price. Dakotah at front desk was super helpful and professional. Spacious and clean room. Pool was closed but looked very nice. Breakfast as good.

Would not stay here again. Arrived a day early so I just needed to add another day. Sounds easy right? NOPE!! It was like they were trying to figure out a complex math equation. After I thought it was figured out they tried kicking me out a day early, after I had already paid for an extra night. And to top it off, I was there to visit my children and to have them come over and swim the we’re going to charge me an extra $50 per kid!! Seriously!! I have no words for that.

The overall appearance of he hotel was inviting. The lobby was great. The hotel was well lit. The bed was comfortable everything was clean. Didn't use the pool or exercise room but they looked to be in good shape. Complimentary breakfast was excellent. Better than many other hotels. It was hot and not dried out. The next time I stay in Farmington, this is where it will be.

Many of the reviews for this property were positive so I booked it however, upon arrival, there was no way I was going to stay there. The property outside is dirty and overgrown, inside, the screens are torn, it smelled heavily of cleaning products and was dim, dark, and I did not feel comfortable staying there as a woman business traveler traveling alone. I checked in and tried to connect to the Internet because I was going to have to work from there and the Internet didn’t work. I went to the front desk to seek assistance and they were unable to help and the front desk person said they’ve had problems with their Internet. I told them that wasn’t going to work for me and I needed to stay in a hotel with reliable Internet for video conferencing and work. I requested to cancel my reservation and they refused and told me to contact Expedia. After several back-and-forth with Expedia, Expedia said that it was the hotel refusing to cancel but the hotel said it was Expedia. I finally got it straightened out, but would just suggest that business travelers not consider this or women traveling alone.
