Nice room and comfortable bed but our tv wouldn't turn off

wonderful breakfast and airport shuttle was really convenient.

The room was clean, comfortable, quiet and had adequate room. The bed was really comfortable with lots of pillows to suit every comfort level. Front desk staff could be more friendly, but the continental breakfast, and the amazing woman in charge of that is totally outstanding! Parking is ample, and location is central to anything you'd want to do in Farmington. We highly recommend this hotel, and will stay here again. Really a deal for the money!

Heater wasn't really that hot need more bath towels and more channels and clear also

Quite good. Excellent value. And the breakfast is served from 4 am until 9 on weekdays.

For the price one might think this hotel would no be so nice, but it is great. I'd recommend it.

I liked the price. Room was clean. Will definitely stay again

Bed was comfortable, room was spacious, atmosphere was quiet, bathroom was clean and will maintained. We only stayed 1 night.

The hotel are ok for one night to stay. The price are value.

Room was large with a king bed, couch, coffee table, and small desk. Could have been a little bit cleaner upon my arrival. Overall a great value.

OK for the price and quality. We stayed 1 night between trip from Colorado Spring and Monument Valley. The city is OK with pleaces wher you can find food, the hotel for the price was very good. I recommend.

The electrical outlets are so loose, your cell charger won't stay plugged in, the toilet overflowed, the air conditioner was very loud, and the bathtub was very slow to drain.... left you showering in a pool of water.

This hotel what just what you would expect....basic place to sleep for cheap....perfect for a place to stop on a long drive...not perfect if you want to hang out at the hotel for a weekend. Staff was great, everything else was very average....well the waffles were above average :-)

Its a great place to stay, freindly staff, a nicely appointed breakfast buffett. And this location has an amazing club call B-Lounge. Bar, Dance Floor and DJ. nice..

For the most part the stay was ok. The first night we stayed our room had ants coming out of the carpet by the bathroom, and the phone didn't work. so we changed rooms. That same morning as we were changing rooms the maid with brown curly hair had told us we r not aloud to eat in our room due to the fact my two year old spilled the choeatoe balls as we were moving from r first room. she was really rude i didn't like being scolded for a small mess that i had pick up all the big crumbs from if i would of had a vacuume then i could of cleaned the whole mess.

I was there for work,so i did not get to stay to long in the motel, but the rooms are big and confy.

We had a very restful one night stay. The hotel was in a good location and the price was right. The air conditioner in the first room was broken, so we had to switch rooms. The second room was cool, clean, and quiet. No water in the swimming pool was a big disappointment. Great Mexican restaurant across the street.

We were there for the state championship for Special Olympics. It was comfy room, fine morning breakfast and the staff were friendly and courtious.

The Americas Best Value Inn was an OK place to stay for the price. I would not stay there again unless there was no other place close by. There are several things that could have been done to improve our stay. We checked in on Friday, Saturday & checkout on Sunday. The room did not have enough towels, then when we returned to our room on Saturday afternoon, the room had not been cleaned, then when the cleaning person came into clean the room we were asked to vacate the room, which took approximately an hour to do, (the cleaing lady spend a could chunk of the time chit chatting with her co-worker. We asked for extra towels & got one more towel. The fitness equipment was out of order, one of six pieces of equipment was working. The continental/hot breakfast was OK, the only part was ready made egg rounds & either sausage links or patties. The rest was typical continental breakfast. The location was very good.

The room was very dirty (the carpet, bath room, shower, etc.), on the second morning there, my husband & I woke up to ants (yes ants) biting us & all we received was a $14.00 discount off of our bill. We will NEVER stay there again, nor will we EVER refer some there!
