We have booked here several times through expedia and this time shortly after booking, the owner/manager of Hotel called to tell me he would not allow us to stay at his hotel because i have not yet changed the address on my DL. My MIL had passed, that was the reason for booking this time, now just trying to get my $$ back from Expedia. The owner of the Hotel was rude, hung up on me and basically could care less about the fact I had stayed several times prior. We we come for her service in June I will make sure he makes not a dime from family of friends.

Beware

Be very careful when booking this property. They claim to be pet friendly but as there is not a place to list pets on the app or website I had made a prepaid reservation and then told I could not have the type oo room I booked because they had no more "dog rooms". Also the pet fee was more than double what was stated on the app. Also inconsistencies re weight of dogs allowed.

I don’t write bad reviews and we travel all over the US for business. But It was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel. Walked in to check in, I have a service dog and the owner at the front desk, started arguing about how my dog was not a service dog. I have paperwork and a badge to show proof. Then he told us to get out of his hotel and started cussing and making a seen. So we left and then he charged us for a room and a pet fee. We didn’t stay there. I’m only letting others know what kind of service that you get at this hotel.

It was quiet, a couple of miles south of downtown Aztec. It was very new and clean. Room with one double bed was smaller than what I am used to, but just adequate. Not many guests. Breakfast was okay.

Very rude and unfriendly check in staff person. Very expensive pet fees. The room itself is very clean and comfortable but the pet expense and rudeness of check in staff will keep us from staying here or recommending this hotel in the future.

A very nice place to stay.

Very clean, quiet. They were very helpful. Their breakfast is real nice, they offer you a breakfast. Not a box of cereal and a piece of fruit. They have a outdoor patio area, fire pit, and a BRQ grill.
