Bent over backwards to make our stay great!! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The front desk staff was very friendly and efficient! The gentleman that waited on us answered all of our questions and seemed like he really enjoyed his job and knew what he was talking about. The room was well put together very clean and cozy. We'll be back if we're in this area again!

Stayed over Christmas. Continental breakfast was good.

I was really pleased, the room was cost but had everything I needed, and was clean and comfortable. Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. Price was very reasonable and the breakfast provided was good. I'd recommend it and will stay there again.

I loved everything about this hotel. The room was clean, well-lit, and nicely furnished; it had a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, iron, TV, fast WiFi, you name it. It was 40% cheaper than other hotels in the area that had fewer amenities. I didn't use the pool, hot tub, or business center, but they were there if wanted them. I was raving to everyone about how much I loved this hotel... until 10 PM rolled around. Then it was non-stop barking from multiple rooms all over my floor. Multiple calls to the front desk got me only vague promises to check on things. The barking went on for more than an hour! I was in town for a brief work visit and needed to be up at 4 AM to catch my flight. Being awake until after 11 from dogs wasn't what I had planned on. Red Roof Inn needs a better pet policy or they need to issue free ear plugs to all their guests.

Below average. Not very clean. Tiny bathroom, small shower only.

This hotel was fairly nice a few years ago but the place has not been well kept. The room had some serious cleanliness issues the last 2 times I've stayed there. Plus the lack of elevator makes it a pain to haul suitcases upstairs.

We arrived late and left early. Did not spend much time there. It met all of our needs. Everything one would need in a compact size.

The room was nice, me and my wife enjoyed the stay, didn't encounter any problems as well. We would stay again.

I was very impressed with the rooms and the location of the hotel. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who doesn't want to spend a lot of money on a room. The continental breakfast was good with a variety of items to choose from.

It's a great affordable place for a quick stay. I was attending a workshop in Moorhead and really just needed a place to sleep. It was very clean, friendly staff, had all of the basics (armoire with hangers and drawers, TV, free wireless, mini fridge, continental breakfast). I was surprised they offered a small gym, adult hot tub, and family friendly hot tub/pool area since it was less expensive than most basic Super 8 Hotels. Highly recommended if you just need the basics!

Our room wasn't very clean at all. There was toothpaste on the faucet & mirror when we arrived & floor was dirty. The breakfast was great however. Overnight the area of town was noisy & there were guests yelling in the hallway.

This was fine for a budget motel. Felt safe. Only needed a good night's sleep and it was provided.

When I stayed the hot tub was broke. The breakfast was horrible. The staff at the front desk was not very friendly. The noise outside my room was extremely loud. The rooms are small, but they were clean and updated.

The room here was the perfect size for me when traveling alone.

Basic hotel, met my expectations but did not exceed them. Nice location right off I-94 and close to restaurants, etc.

Passing through and needed a room for one night. Booked the room based on the chains reputation and without reading the reviews. Big mistake. Our biggest issue was with the room's appearance. One of the chairs had very large disgusting stains on it. The shower also had stains in it so neither me or my wife wanted to take a shower. On the upside the bed was comfortable.

Better value for the money and very comfortable. The staff was extremely accommodating.

COMFY BEDS, KIND OF THIN WALLS BUT WAS PRETTY GOOD FOR A BUDGET HOTEL. WOULD STAY AGAIN.

Very friendly staff! Clean room! The room was on the small side, but otherwise great!

Thank you for taking time to leave such a detailed review. On behalf of the entire Red Roof Franchize I would like to extend my apologies about the disturbances the dogs caused you during your stay. We do try to keep them toward the west end of the hotel and encourage guests not to leave them unattended. I apologize for the lackluster effort that was put forth from my staff. I can assure you we do all we can to try and get a hold of the owners of the pets. If you stay in the future try to request a room closer to the desk, as we tend to have less dogs in rooms closer to the desk.

I apologize, we try to maintain our facilities and take this kind of feedback seriously. We encourage our Front desk to ask guests if 2nd is ok, and if not try to accommodate if possible, or help them with luggage
