The staff was absolutely amazing.... there was not one rude person in site. The check in process was smooth. We arrived before check in so there was a wait. But we were able to grab lunch while we waited. There were so many people who enhance my stay Dontte who worked at the bar on the Spring coral side, all the bar tenders in the Ocean side...Makailha who worked the hookah stand and the wine event. Billy who was everywhere. Savaughn who helped set up my Bob Marley dinner and a show and all of the dancers who were amazing Jeremi, Brittany and the two lovely women who helped us in the privilege lounge. Gina in housekeeping who always went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable my entire stay.... plus so many more I hate that I didn't get everyone's mane
OEB has a 5 star staff.... the resort itself was more like a 3.5- 4... Im a very visual person so seeing things out of place makes me feel unsettled.. There was missing titles in the pool. There was orange stains on the shower grout. There was a hole in the bench in my room there was a stain on the couch and the lamp shade, the cabinet door to the mini bar was broken and was disguised by moving the fridge up more I could tell where all the pervious repairs were made because the patch work was visible.. and the tile on the balcony was chipped.
When I think 5 stars. I think nothing out of place. I would think the owners of OEB would want their property to match they're 5 star staff
