This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Starting with the awful customer service. Brenda was very rude since checking in. Then, the room smelled like pee and I told her that and she said that she could not warranty that the other room would be clean so I would have to keep it as is… so,I know this room is cheap (compared to all the room that I’ve stayed in my whole life)… but am I paying for staying in a dirty/smelly room? Besides the bathroom floor was so sticky… Finally we got another room, that smelled bad but at least was not pee. Then the iron was broken and when I went to ask for another one she responded with attitude… Anyways, it was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. I remember staying in a Quality Inn back in 2005 and it wasn’t that bad. I have to mention that the guy in the next morning shift (I don’t know his name) he was nice though…

The house cleaner took my personal pillow I brought from home, stripped the pillow case and threw my pillow into the motels community pile that is now in some one else room. My pillow is light brown, is a big fluffy $80 queen sized pillow that is on a ALL WHITE BED. So they threw away my pillow case and kept my personal pillow and told me its now in someone else room with a new motel pillow case on it. I was offered no compensation or apology. This is the same as stealing in my book and is unexcitable. They had to know my light brown pillow was not the motels. Somebody took off my personal pillow case and kept my pillow. You cant make this up. If they are going to steal my pillow, What else will they take?

I left my personal pillow from home in my motel room when I checked out. I didn't realize my mistake until I checked back into this same motel the next day. I was even able to get the same room I had previously left my personal pillow in the previous day. I went to the front desk and explained the situation. She called house keeping and asked if my pillow was there. After several minutes speaking with house keeping, she explained that a "guy" had mistaken my pillow for one of the motels pillows, removed my brown pillow case and recycled my pillow into the motels community plie only to be used in another room So let me get this straight. Who ever the "guy" is, he took my $80 queen sized pillow with a light brown pillow case. He took off my pillow case that doesn't even match the ALL WHITE pillow cases that the motel has. He then decided that my pillow will now become the motels pillow. My pillow wasn't even in the room after it had been cleaned. My pillow was so much bigger and of better quality. So what did the guy do with my light brown pillow case that didn't match the hotels? Throw it away? This makes absolutely no sense to me. Why did this "guy" not realize my pillow was not the motels? Also the rooms come with (5) pillows. With my light brow pillow there was (6) pillows. Again my pillow would of stuck out because it was brown on an ALL WHIT bed! They didn't me any compensation? I didn't even get an apology. This is the same as stealing in my book. Wheres my pillow
