In the heart of Fairfield Bay, Arkansas. Enjoy a peaceful 2 bedroom cottage. Equipped with a master bedroom with a King sized bed, a 2nd bedroom with a bunk bed (full on bottom, twin on top). 1.5 bathrooms. A beautiful deck to watch the sun set. We know pets are family, so please feel free to bring them too! We also provide a king sized air mattress. Also, a guest card to access all the resort amenities. The lake is just 3 miles away & a short drive to the cliffs! Come have a sunny stay

I don’t like to leave bad reviews but the floors were dirty, the microwave didn’t work and the patio door wouldn’t lock and the master tv didn’t work. The oven would not stay shut and the deck needs some attention. But we enjoyed Fairfield bay.

The host texted at 530 am with updated entry code. Then around 800 am texted to cancel stay due to plumbing issues. We were forced to find a hotel for our one night in the area. She offered a discounted for a night at the property if we were in the area for longer. We did get full refund, since it was her that canceled at last minute. It was a inconvenience for us, fortunately there were plenty of alternatives for a rooms in the area.

Very good communication with host. Location is excellent. House was OK but needs some attention to basic details. It appears that the owner is still making improvements. It was an inexpensive rental. The rate for 2 nights for 4 people was less than a one night stay with 2 rooms at the hotel.

oven would no close, no microwave, cooking sheet large pan and iron skillet all rusted. no medium or large bowls to mix or cook with no dishwasher soap to clean dishes. Afraid to use washer and dryer because directions written on appliance was unreadable. you could tell that no one had stayed there for awhile. deck was filled with leaves and over hang was filled with spider webs and grand daddy eggs. House is cute inside but had to replace light bulbs.. Back yard grown up and unuseable

Stayed 2 nights. Grandkids had a blast. Fairfield Bay fireworks were awesome! Plenty of sleeping options. Nicely stocked. A little hard to get a big pontoon parked in, but it all worked out!

Close to everything

Pools and walking trails so close which is our favorite. Saw a bear on walking trail and scared us to death. Researched and found out we need bear spray. Didn't stop our fun. Used the fire pit and roasted hot dogs and marshmallows. Coffee pot a little small for 4 people and back yard messy .Plan on booking for next year.
