Day staff was rude. You have to get ice from front desk in a bag. The overall condition of this place is horrible. I’m not sure how they are still in business. There was mildew in the bathroom, the carpet was extremely dirty, the sink was about to fall off the wall, the furniture was dirty and lastly none of the lamps work. I mean I know you get what you pay for but jeez man. I do not recommend anyone to stay here unless you just don’t have anywhere else to go. I feel like I should be refunded some of my money the place was so bad.

Property wasn't well maintained, furnishings in the rooms were very old, door locks were flimsy and I didn't feel very safe leaving my belongings there. Staff was friendly and price was very reasonable.

We switched rooms and upgraded to a 2 bed instead of 1. The 1st room was a little rough around the edges but the 2nd room was nice. Price was great and location to Washington DC was great. Thanks.

We chose this property for its proximity to the residence of the friend we visited in Fairfax. This was a mistake. The room was dirty, the bathroom especially so. While the staff was friendly and complied immediately with our request to change from the first room due to the air conditioning not working, the second room was dirty. Both rooms were overfilled with furniture that made avoiding sharp corners when moving around a necessity.

The experience was adequate but disappointing. The single business computer in the lobby would not login guests, the system could not connect to the internet (no Ethernet or WiFi connection) and the printer was out of paper. The room had newer carpet but had dust and paint flakes. Bed was okay; holes in cover. Main wall power outlet in room had four items to plug in (TV, cable box, microwave oven, and refrigerator) but only two receptacles; contacted the office and maintenance they brought in an adapter. Overall the room was comfortable but lots of deferred maintenance (phone didn't work, I had to fix the curtain rod in order to close the curtains, TP holder broken, cracked tiles in tub). In room WiFi slow and weak signal but okay; TV small picture (only 19" most channels); no premium channels found.

Thank you so much for staying with us and all the recommendations. We are still in the process of renovation. We have replaced all funiture and all carpets, painted all the rooms, replaced most ACs, refrigerators, and microwaves. We will replace all TVs when fund available. Please come back and check us out. We will have that computer fixed or replaced.
