It has four bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths, with plenty of space to make your stay comfortable and quiet—full kitchen and laundry with an entire dining area, living room, and family room. We also have provided board games, outdoor toys, and a pack-and-play, highchair, and baby gates for the little ones. A fenced-in backyard with charcoal grill and patio furniture allows you to enjoy the outdoors. The neighborhood boasts seven playgrounds. They are accessible from the jogging path, and special attention has been given to the types of play equipment to ensure children of all ages will have something fun and challenging for them. In addition, a bench is provided at each playground for watchful parents. It is a short walk to Creamer’s Field, a migratory waterfowl refuge where wildlife and people share the forest, wetlands, ponds, and open fields. The Tanana Valley Farmers Market is within walking distance and showcases various Alaska-grown produce and plants and made-in-Alaska gifts with silver hand arts and crafts.
