Whether sitting outside on your private decks in a relaxing jacuzzi tub enjoying the view of the river or getting comfortable in the well-appointed living room watching a movie on the 60-inch flat screen you will find the house the perfect place to settle in and unwind.

When you arrive, there will be cold bottled water , small snacks, and a Keurig with pods for coffee. The kitchens are fully stocked with full selection of large and small appliances along with all of the cook and bakeware you will need to prepare delicious meals.

Brigham Riverside Manor is a multi-unit building. the three units are completely separated with separate front entrances but share a backyard and are easily accessible to each other by the french doors on the deck. The home has been remodeled top to bottom including LED lighting, tile, and hardwood floors throughout the home. There are smart flat screen TV's in the living rooms and all 7 bedrooms with complimentary Netflix and high speed Wi-Fi. There are three laundry rooms throughout the home for your use stocked with laundry detergent and fabric softener and sheets. The 7 bedrooms (2 king and 5 queens) all have high end mattresses, quality bedding, lighted closets, dressers to relax in at the end of the day. Both the North and South master closets upstairs have a pull-out queen Murphy bed for larger groups and can be used as two extra bedrooms The couch's in the living rooms fold out to a full size sofa bed (3 full sofa bed couches). There are also roll-away twins and inflatable twin and full beds available upon request. If you are travelling with little ones we also have pack and play cribs, high chairs and books & toys available.

From October through April there is a four car heated garage available for your vehicles to keep them out of the Alaskan elements. There is a camera attached to the garage wall that is on and monitoring the parking area only.

The house is located in the westside of Fairbanks and is close to downtown, grocery stores, University of Alaska Museum and other local attractions. Chena Hot Springs is about 1 hour away and Denali National Park is about 2 hours away. The bus line and bike paths are just a couple of blocks away.

We try to make sure each guest has everything they need when they arrive for a comfortable stay. We send out an electronic guidebook loaded with local information and strive to make sure you are familiar with your surroundings and how to find things. We are available when needed and welcome all respectful guests to book our home.

Located in a nice neighborhood close to stores and the university.

Plenty of onsite parking at the house. Bus route is nearby along with access to the bike paths.
No smoking permitted in the house or garage, and please never leave your vehicle running in the garage.
