Housekeeping was suppose to be every other day but it took 2 days before we got Housekeeping, not sure what happen. Other than that it was a good stay, variety in breakfast is the most I've ever seen at an Hampton Inn

This hotel was in a convenient spot for us. They do have an airport shuttle which will also bring you to the train ride. Breakfast was good and it was in a nice quiet spot. Room was comfortable as well.

The receptionist that worked the shift to 11pm was fantastic and a joy to work with. The gentleman that checked us in was also fantastic. Not many hotels have a great staff and it made a difference.

We entered lobby, your staff member did not greet me upon entering as she was busy on her cell phone. Then when we entered elevator, a cleaning lady entered with us with her cart and blocked the door for us to get out again another staff member on a cell phone. Door 1 rear didn’t open as she never hit the button. She didn’t even attempt to move the cart for us. Then not even 5 minutes later we seen her walking to parking lot to her car. She must have been in hurry. No respect to guests.
