Excellent rooms. Love the microwave and ref. Made it a big difference during our stay as it was snowing out and buying food on a daily basis was hard. The staff are extremely friendly inspite of how short staff they seemed to be but managed the Hotel with a smile on at all times. From the front desk, breakfast people, shuttle airport drivers and maintenance crew were all fantastic. Only issue I had was on our second to the last night the hotel had experienced a fire alarm set off due to the cold weather causing issues with their heating system at the front entrance but there were other entrance and exits available so this was not a major issue. The closeness to a McDonald’s, Panda Express, Dominos Pizza and a Walmart made this hotel stay an A+++++

The staff is very courteous, and efficient to your needs. we had door issue, and it was solved immediately. The jacuzzi and pool is very relaxing, and fun! if you have children, bring own toys. The breakfast has a good variety of different options, which is very good also! convenient shuttle service to, and from the airport is reliable, and great!

Nice, clean and fun stay! Very disappointed the Hot tub wasn’t working, if they would update and let us know we probably would have cancelled and went somewhere else! Hot tub and pool was main reason going there! Definitely should do discounts!

I rented the room for two friends, one visiting from out of state. They said everything was great except that check out was noon but when they went to put luggage in car at 11 the "key" would no longer work.
