Pros: Great price. Friendly staff. Great amenities (game/vending room, laundry, on site restaurant) Con: Cleaning staff was a little sparse and while it was not a major issue there was a lot of hair left on the shower walls. Tub had some chipping. Breakfast was either at the restaurant or expensive buffet which only had some cereal/eggs/potatoes/sausage with water or coffee. 26$ for that buffet was disappointing. The restaurant was much better

Mostly good. I had to split up my stay because I arrived early, I stayed one night in the south tower where I had problems controlling the heat and it was actually way too hot in the room. Would also really appreciate an airport shuttle.

The room was ok the soap dish in the shower was dirty and cracked shower suround. Screw coming out of shower curtin rod. The worse pary was the staff. A general feeling of indifference. Most of the staff were better off not dealing with the public. Honey was great and one other girl whos name i do not know. The other women were pretty useless.

Rented 3 rooms. Got downgraded with no explanation. 2 of the rooms were dirty with hair and blood. Both showers not working. 3rd room had to have security called due to guest next door.

The rooms in the South tower are extremely old and worn out. There was mold in the shower. They were also doing work and began early in the morning pounding with hammers. That being said when we asked for a room change ( after requesting a manager) they did move us to a new room. The water pressure in that room was poor and the television NEVER worked! They said the satellite was covered in snow however the maintenance man saod that was not true. My advice, wait until this becomes a Hilton and finishes its changes. The hotel restaurant was good and people were friendly.

Had to pay for parking, which felt like a ripoff because there was no benefit to the parking space and no one recorded what my vehicle was, so they aren't tracking it, just one more extra fee. The ice machine was broken. The TV had only about ten channels. In the morning, after turning on my truck to warm it in -30 weather, the door we walked out of was locked and key wouldn't work. I just felt this was not worth the money.

Staff at thee front desk. There was no hot water at the front desk. One daily staff asked us to get it from the restaurant which she supposed to fill the thermal. At that time, there is no guess at front desk.
