Very interesting house history and charming Victorian interior. Original boiler and pipes in the lower level and historic photos are fun to see. Lighting in common rooms is rather dim though and furnishings could use some attention. There are too many antique decorative items everywhere, making spaces cluttered (that observation might just be a reflection of my personal tastes). Staff is friendly and the kitchen is well stocked with 24/7 beverages and snacks. The location is good for walking to/from central Fairbanks.

Wonderful place to experience a taste of Fairbanks history! The hosts are warm and welcoming, with great stories about the area and the history of the property. The breakfasts were delicious.
