Customer service at check in and check out was amazing! The floors in the room could use some cleaning, you can tell they were spot cleaned. There were sticky areas on the bathroom floor. The night stands could also use a wipe down! The salmon chowder in the restaurant was AMAZING!! We would be back to stay again!

The water view and balcony we paid to upgrade, were an awkward angle to see the waterfrint and facing aassice expanse of concrete rooftop. To see the water you had to crane your head to the side and it wasn't what we'd expected for the additional cost. We had an extended trip for business meetings and there was no dresser in the room. There was a single drawer. This was maddening as there was plenty of space, but the aesthetic and design of the room was contrived, ugly and inefficient. The space for hanging clothes was a structurally open armoire, so you could lay in bed and stare at your clothes and piles of them too since there was no dedicated storage. There were awkward mini canvases boasting close up images of rusty nails and maritime items. And in the empty nook where a functioning dresser could easily was an oversized canvas of cartoonish anchors on a side wall that you could only see when walking through the room at a certain angle. The front desk reception was disjointed and there was zero explanation of the facilities available. We stumbled into the hotel's restaurant by happenstance and the host wasn't very friendly there either so we made dinner plans elsewhere. Everett is a beautiful coastal town, but when we return next year we'll be seeking better accomodations.

My niece and I were very impressed with our room on the 4th floor with a FANTASTIC view!! We ate breakfast every morning and Lori was our excellent server. We didn’t realize until the last day, that the complimentary cards could also be used for lunch or dinner. NEXT TIME!! THANK YOU. (We only have one complaint. We couldn’t enjoy the balcony because the roof fans below us were soooooo loud). We will DEFINITELY be back!!
