To start with the door looked as though it had been beat in at least once, the floors are laminate and looked to be mopped with dirty water, the toilet seat was broke in half and held together with masking tape, the toilet roll dispenser came out of the wall if not careful, the bathroom sinks faucet came up out of sink when you lifted the handle. The tv only had 12 channels on it, which is minor but still a drag. That was the 2nd room we had grabbed, the first one we refused because of the police barricade tape all around the outside of the room. We had a horrible storm going on outside so we decided to try and make the most of it.

First off, this is a "Motel"...If you access your room from an outside door, it's a MOTEL. The positive things about our room were that it was huge. It was probably two rooms that had been made into one. Also, it had a full size refrigerator and a "kitchen"-like area. The negatives about this room and hotel in general are: It is just gross. The room had an "old" smell to it. There was a large rip in the carpeting with strands hanging out of it. It was dirty. You could see the gross build up of dirt behind the door. The shower had patchwork tiling with similar but different color. The grout was dirty/moldy. The woodwork in the room in general was dirty/gross. It was like you were staying at your grandparent's old house. They gave you two small shampoo bottles but no conditioner. In the "main lobby" they had a leaking ceiling. Breakfast was basic and they had signs that said they did not allow you to bring food back to your room. We stayed here because there was nothing else available in the area. I would NOT stay here again.

I had a non smoking room and I could smell smoke all night. Especially in the bathroom. The room was ok, but it looked like an older room.

The hotel was a good place to stay for the price... The beds were clean, the location was nice and the staff was above and beyond wonderful. Like so wonderful. Sarah was an absolute gem, I wish I could clone her.

An earwig crawled over my foot and we found two hairs in the bathtub. Ugh.

It was a good experience. Went swimming and had breakfast. Both were good

It was a nice hotel, a little spendy but it was close to the freeways, shopping, restaurants. The only thing I didn't like at all was trying to get into the parking lot. It was pretty difficult. There was only one way in and out and it was off of the main street.

Room was ok. The clerk was not helpful and seemed to go out of her way to make things more difficult for me.

Dried crap on toilet seat, dog prints and dirty foot prints on floor, sheets dirty and broken door jam. Staff argumentative when spoken too. Staff at desk lie and do not take care of there patrons appropriately. They agree only to disagree and will not pass on what they actually suggest that you do to fix a problem in your room.

Nice hotel staff and room was nice bed was to soft

It was ok, but the bathroom was not repaired correctly and it made everything look sloppy. The bed mattresses were old and should be replaced, I could feel the springs when I sat on it. In an emergency this would be an ok place, but for relaxation, you could do better.

Hard to pull into hotel but nice staff and comfy beds

Easy access to ht 5 freeway, room clean and ready.

The worst hotel at my vacation at west coast this time. Hotel staff was friendly but wifi didn't work, breakfast very limited, no hot chocolate, no boiled egg / fried egg. Hotel facilities look like 20 years old, need up date

Older hotel, Not great but good enough. Hot pancakes, for bref. Friendly staff.

The rooms aren't so great carpet ripped, which they placed a non sticking carpet on top of the ripped carpet, I almost broke my neck a few times. They spray the rooms with some kind of air freshener which covers the mold smell. not so great.
