I’ve stayed in days inn before and they have been perfectly fine, but this property was terrible. The room was full of terrible rotten trim gaps, mold on the walls, filthy trim and doors, old patched blankets and no weatherstripping on the front door to keep the road noise and screaming outside. The front door deadbolt also didn’t lock and appeared to have been broken into where the dents were filled with chewing gum and painted over. I cut my three night stay down to one and barely slept through the night with the noise and discomfort from the lumpy bed.

Typical run down motel. Lots of thing to complain about as far as over all condition. Wood veneer for in the room was filthy.

Nothing

Really run down.

The place was a homeless shelter of sorts - vagrent people staying there and even some prolly prostitution running out of a room - Staff short tempered and unfriendly

The location was hard. The pluming to sink was not attached to wall no had to personally fix it as water was dumping all over the ground. Neighbors were banging on walls till two am. Smokers standing right outside my room.

They changed my room from a king to a double queen and they gave me the choice to leave or take it without a refund they charged me twice the room they gave me the sheets had burn holes in them the room was drity my dog was finding dog treats and toys under the bed and behind stuff all night the night stand was broken over all horrible experience

The staff is great and understanding that I encountered as a guest for one-night but for location, personal, and security reasons I will never return thanks...

To start with the door looked as though it had been beat in at least once, the floors are laminate and looked to be mopped with dirty water, the toilet seat was broke in half and held together with masking tape, the toilet roll dispenser came out of the wall if not careful, the bathroom sinks faucet came up out of sink when you lifted the handle. The tv only had 12 channels on it, which is minor but still a drag. That was the 2nd room we had grabbed, the first one we refused because of the police barricade tape all around the outside of the room. We had a horrible storm going on outside so we decided to try and make the most of it.

First off, this is a "Motel"...If you access your room from an outside door, it's a MOTEL. The positive things about our room were that it was huge. It was probably two rooms that had been made into one. Also, it had a full size refrigerator and a "kitchen"-like area. The negatives about this room and hotel in general are: It is just gross. The room had an "old" smell to it. There was a large rip in the carpeting with strands hanging out of it. It was dirty. You could see the gross build up of dirt behind the door. The shower had patchwork tiling with similar but different color. The grout was dirty/moldy. The woodwork in the room in general was dirty/gross. It was like you were staying at your grandparent's old house. They gave you two small shampoo bottles but no conditioner. In the "main lobby" they had a leaking ceiling. Breakfast was basic and they had signs that said they did not allow you to bring food back to your room. We stayed here because there was nothing else available in the area. I would NOT stay here again.

I had a non smoking room and I could smell smoke all night. Especially in the bathroom. The room was ok, but it looked like an older room.

The hotel was a good place to stay for the price... The beds were clean, the location was nice and the staff was above and beyond wonderful. Like so wonderful. Sarah was an absolute gem, I wish I could clone her.

An earwig crawled over my foot and we found two hairs in the bathtub. Ugh.

It was a good experience. Went swimming and had breakfast. Both were good

It was a nice hotel, a little spendy but it was close to the freeways, shopping, restaurants. The only thing I didn't like at all was trying to get into the parking lot. It was pretty difficult. There was only one way in and out and it was off of the main street.

Good morning, first of all, I don't know if you stayed with us at the hotel , fortunately I don't know what to tell you, we rent to people who come to stay, we don't ask if they have a house or not or where they work
