Had a eureka getaway here. Accommodations were very nice, and the house is close to everything. Staff was friendly and the room was very affordable. The missus was obsessed with the wrap around balcony and rocking chairs. We will be back. Would highly recommend.

I highly recommend the Peabody house historic bed-and-breakfast. the proximity is walking distance to shopping restaurants and entertainment. Each room is unique with a Victorian decor yet has all the amenities of today's best hotels. Amazing privacy and a great place to just get away and relax for the weekend. The owner Farlyn, made sure to cover every detail from mini fridge snacks desserts homemade cinnamon rolls and fresh coffee every morning.

The Peabody House is literally steps from downtown Eureka Springs making it easy and accessible to walk to all of the downtown destinations. Sitting on the porch at the Inn you can relax and listen to the wonderful music that's played in Basin Park or the Grotto at the New Delhi Cafe. The musical talent that comes to this town is amazing. The Inn itself is lovely, comfortable, and abundant with special touches. You won't be disappointed and your innkeeper Faryl is always a phone call away. wwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww

We stayed in the Nautilus room. It was very cozy and comfortable. The bed had high quality bedding and the mattress was great. The granite shower is beautiful and there was enough counter space to spread out all of our toiletries. The only improvement I would like to see is fresh smelling towels. The ones we had smelled like mildew. And the coffee and tea selection in the room was pretty poor. We've stayed in similar priced rooms in Eureka with a way better mini kitchen. We would definitely stay here again. It's a short walk to downtown and you don't have to pay for parking!

My husband & are here for a weekend getaway and are loving the Peabody!! We are staying in the Cheshire room, and find it to be very roomy, comfortable, filled with beautiful light from the picture windows, and incredibly comfy bed linens!! The location to downtown is perfect & we will stay here every time we come to Eureka! Thank you to the Innkeeper for offering such a nicely appointed space with free parking!

We recently had a very enjoyable stay at the Peabody House in Eureka Springs. Faryl, the owner/innkeeper made our stay a memorable one. We stayed in the Nautilus Room and it was very cozy with lots to love. Our sleeping experience was wonderful as we loved the king size bed, so comfortable, with the soft luxury sheets. We also loved the rain shower head and granite shower which was fantastic. The location is also a huge plus, close to and only a short walk to the charming shops of Eureka Springs. Highly recommend the Nautilus room at the Peabody House and enjoy your stay in this, quaint little town.

Stayed here on a cross-country road trip, and it was so lovely we stayed an extra night! The Peabody House is perfect location to walk to downtown, yet also relaxing with a quaint porch and backyard. Historical and vintage interior, comfy and clean rooms, and attentive and responsive host. If ever in Eureka Springs, will come back again!

CanNOT recommend this location strongly enough! I stayed for three nights at the Rivendell at this location, and it was just what the doctor ordered. It is a beautiful Victorian structure that makes you feel connected to Eureka Spring's rich history, but it contains modern amenities like a giant jacuzzi tub that makes the place feel comfortable and luxurious. The innkeeper, Faryl, is very friendly and accommodating. She even placed little treats like zucchini bread and blueberry muffins in the mini-fridge every day! It was the perfect little retreat for me. Are you stressed out? Grieving? In need of a relaxing getaway? Then contact Faryl and make a reservation. You'll be so glad you did!

We stayed in The Rivendell, which is a two-story cottage behind Peabody House. It looks adorable from the outside. It is in a great location for walking to the downtown shops, restaurants, and bars. It is not a good location for driving anywhere, because the street should be one-way but it's not and people do play chicken. The Peabody does provide good parking though. The innkeeper was very nice and helpful, giving us great recommendations for restaurants. Our cottage did not seem worth the price we paid, compared to superior lodging that we have paid the same price for. The upstairs bedroom is TINY. It was hard to fit our bags in it, and hard to navigate around the bed. The bed was small, hard and very uncomfortable. Some people might not like the music coming from the nearby cafe, but we did enjoy it. The garden scenery was pretty in a simple way, but was not really "kept". The two-person jet tub kept spraying out dirty brown stuff, even after I tried to "clear" the jets by making them spray more. The tub was extremely slow to drain, and I stood in a foot of water while showering. Also, the tub leaked out the bottom. The stair steps were very narrow, and I was constantly afraid I would mess up and fall. My average-sized feet were hanging way past the width of each step. There was an ant problem in the downstairs sitting area, which was stocked with sodas and a daily baked treat, but not well-stocked with dishes or dishwashing supplies. This place was a mixed bag of good and not-so-good.

My husband and I just enjoyed two nights in the Dashwood room at the Peabody Historic House. The Dashwood room was tastefully decorated in a Nautical theme, spacious, clean, and had a comfortable king bed. We enjoyed our morning coffee and croissant on the deck of this old two story house. It is located within walking distance of the downtown shops and local transport service. Great value! We would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation to family and friends.
