Breakfast was delicious and views were amazing.

Great location on the California coast - close to Redwood National and State Parks. Cute hotel with great old pictures and history about the region. Unfortunately, limited services due to Covid-19 situation, but a great escape place!

We had a wonderful stay in this historic inn perched above the the river which provides for beautiful views. The rooms are charming and comfortable in spite of some minor wallpaper peeling. The most lovely surprise was the food! Both dinner and breakfast were superb! Dinner is family style, served at large tables with other guests. Staff is helpful and even provided transportation to a lovely coastal hike. Definitely would stay here again!

Location was outstanding, between parks and a beautiful view of the river, near the mouth and the ocean. 2 out of 3 of the staff we encountered were closer to unhappy to see us than warm and welcoming. If you stay in the cottage and plan to get there after hours request that they email you a map ahead so you don’t have to contact them for help.

We stayed at 3 hotels on our trip and the Requa was the most comfortable and wonderful of all. It's location on the Klamath River as well as the Inn's history is unbelievable. The photos don't do it justice.

Loved the location and owner was fantastic! Breakfast was yummy too.

Beautiful property and great staff. My new favorite hotel!

I checked in late and the innkeeper made it very easy and simple. They even upgraded my room to a river view! Sweet staff, yummy breakfast and very cozy! Great for someone who wants something special and unique versus the regular hotel! I would definitely recommend!

If you like history and comfort, you will love this place! It is old which gives it it’s charm that my husband and I liked. We paid for the prefixed dinner since reading in the reviews there weren’t many other options. Do yourself a favor and do the same!!! The food was outstanding!!! Breakfast the next morning was just as good. Ps. Best hotel bed I’ve ever slept in, so comfy!

Wonderful old hotel untouched by time. Filled with antique furniture and pictures this small family run hotel overlooked the Klamath River and offers clean comfortable accommodations and a great jumping off location for exploring the area. Laying in bed or the in room rockers or relaxing in the common areas, watching the river flow by and the seals frolicking, was extremely relaxing. If you like historic hotels you cannot do better than this.

This inn is very charming and old fashioned. I loved the lobby and breakfast room. Our room was one of the smaller cheaper ones, and wasn't as cute as some of the other ones and was also a bit cramped. But you have the option to look through the different rooms and pick what you like. The claw foot bathtub was great! Breakfast in the morning is not free but it is cheap and delicious.

Common area was dirty, doorknob very dirty, small shower, room not much bigger than the bed, no TV

This was the 3rd stay of a weeks trip. I originally tried to book a 2 day stay, but only got one, so it worked out okay. I knew this was a B&B style Inn and historic. I was not ready for the cooking class going on most of the early evening under our room. I asked at the front desk about eating possibilities and was referred to a couple of places, but they were not what I wanted. Saw on the way up the coast a place might have went if I had known about it.

Loved this place- excellent food, friendly staff and very quaint!

Oh yes, our apologies - when days get long as they do in the Summer - we try and let our guests know how to get to the Cottage - I know you spoke to my husband (who I guess didn't give very good directions) since you weren't able to make it to the Cottage, and then I was already in bed when you arrived - my apologies for appearing to "being close to unhappy", I really wasn't it was just very sleepy. (sometimes those two emotions can look the same) I will take your advise and send maps along with the Cottage confirmations.
