The property is showing its age, and cleanliness is not their priority. My room had a shower with black moldy caulking, and a carpet with numerous stains. In fairness, I observed several rooms that were undergoing renovations, so perhaps things are changing. And the running, pounding from upstairs between 11 and midnight did seem to stop after I complained to management. But those wood floors transmit noise easily. Just saying!

There was a lot of building materials lying around outside so it didn’t look great outside, but the room was really nice.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Bed has just the right amount of firmness and covers. Shower is huge and easy to access. We were given plenty of toiletries to keep clean for a 2-day stay. Due to the COVID-19, there wasn't a breakfast, but the 7-11 is right across the street. Kinda disappointed with how small the freezer is, but it served its purpose

Was assigned to a handicapped room which I did not request. Had a handicapped shower which you had to use hand held which is difficult when trying to was hair and hold shower head. Shower head fell twice getting water in front of shower. Cleaned it up but didn’t know it ran over to other side of the bathroom. Consequently, slipped and fell and fractured both wrists. Poor set up and someone else is going to get hurt. NOT HAPPy!!!’Still in splints on 1/17/2020 after accident on 12/5/19.

Great jacuzzi tub. I was put off they didnt have a coffee maker in my room, which was a suite. I didnt like the door bells on the the wall for every room. Parking lot is tight. Id stay there again if I knew they had a coffee maker in the room I was staying in.

The elevator was broken. ZERO parking available. The room was clean but the air conditioner was dusty and there was something on the wall. Staff was not very friendly.

This place was perfect it was close to everything and very comfortable. The pillows were amazing and the room was very spacious with a refrigerator and sink in the room. The shower head modes were great too.

I go here everytime i work in eugene. Wish they had a gym and pool and better breakfast. But my room is always comfortable

water in bathroom sink would not drain very well. A little noise buuutttt...hey..its a city.

Parking was very tight and tough to get in and out of spaces. Hotel had more rooms that parking spaces available. Meter reader was out very early giving tickets to those who had to park on the street. They ran out of breakfast foods and had no concern about replacing them on Saturday morning with more than one hour left until breakfast was to end. The room was very comfortable and roomy. Good location to the University, Stadium and resturants

Disgusting, dirty, dusty, dingy, decrepit dump. Numerous homeless encampments in the area. Parking is a joke. There are not enough spots, and they are tiny. Most cars barely fit. If you are unlucky enough to arrive after the small lot is full, you are invited to circle around the block until 10:30 pm when you can then park in nearby restaurant parking lots Breakfast is gag inducing. The waffle maker, etc are on a shelf adjacent to the elevator. Not difficult to envision all of the dirt and detritus that accumulates throughout the day. We stayed at the Red Lion in Coos Bay which was 100X better then this one. Difficult to believe that they have the same brand. Avoid Red Lion in Eugene.

Just need a place to sleep. My stay was about 12 hours. Staff was very nice. Room was ok - just noisy- a train and building noise.

I traveled with two small dogies. Dog fee is 15$ per accommodation according to website. I was charged 15$ per dog. The employee at the desk said that she is not aware what is on website, and it seemed like she did not care.

Great jacuzzi tub. I was put off they didnt have a coffee maker in my room, which was a suite. I didnt like the door bells on the the wall for every room. Parking lot is tight. Id stay there again if I knew they had a coffee maker in the room I was staying in.

The elevator was broken. ZERO parking available. The room was clean but the air conditioner was dusty and there was something on the wall. Staff was not very friendly.

I'm sorry for the poor stay! We did get the elevator fixed later the same day it broke down, but I apologize for the 6 hours it was down Saturday. I have addressed the issue of staff friendliness and the staff involved will be leaving the hotel. I will have the housekeeping staff go through all rooms to clean the air conditioners. I'm sorry we couldn't give you a better experience!
