Good room service. Nice location, easy to access to the UO campus or downtown.

Overall nice stay. Very little interaction with the staff so cant say much to that. The wallpaper in the bathroom shows signs of coming away at the seams. Not bad but could use some work. The worst part of the experience was the refrigerator in the room which ran very loud and the spaces in the parking lot are quite narrow making it difficult to access the spots. Worse if you are parked next to someone with a large vehicle.

Not enough parking. We were told to park on the street or across the road on the other side of four lanes of busy traffic at a restaurant. We had to move our auto by 10 am the next morning. We had requested a first floor pet room but instead got the 3rd floor. No manager on duty and not available by phone. Very disappointing and rather dangerous trying to cross through the traffic with suitcases and no cross walk for blocks. Main access was difficult to navigate. We are a little older and it was difficult. No assistance from staff person on duty, only negative responses. No manager, no place to park, no money back, etc.

We stayed here for two nights while exploring the area. We liked that it was in walking distance of a few things we wanted to visit such as Falling Sky Brewery. However, we were on the third floor and as the elevator was slow we, and most everyone else used the stairs. The fire door was always closed which is to be expected, but every time someone opened it the noise was excessively loud. So you get to listen to it all night long. The room doors are also loud shutting even when you try to be quiet. Our neighbors were super loud and decided to have a party at 10 pm. You could hear banging, coughing, laughing, etc. Then we got to breathe their pot which flowed heavily into our room. Gross! This is supposed to be a non-smoking motel. I finally got up at midnight and talked to the neighbors so it was somewhat quieter and of course they denied smoking. We did have different neighbors the first night who were quieter but you still had to deal with the doors and people walking past. I would not stay here again.

Comfortable hotel that's walking distance to decent restaurants, the river walk and other sights in this university town.

Nice hospitality, friendly staff.would definitely recommend to friends n family.

Needed a place at the last minute for the Eugene marathon. Staff was friendly, room was large and clean. A little noise from the mcdonalds next door but didn't even hear the train. Parking was suspect but I pulled in at 9:30 pm and there was 3 or 4 places. Close enough to the college. I would stay there again.

Great location. Walk to campus or downtown wish ease. Many restaurants close by.

The room was clean and smelled good. The lobby and hallways didn't smell very good and the location is a little difficult to get to, but worth the price. Overall, I will stay here again.

The room was in a nice location, the bed was comfy and the toiletries they have from Cascadia Soapery are significantly better than most. Mediocre breakfast and the shower needed some cleaning... the grout was pretty dirty in the corners

when we arrived they said our room was cancelled ! we had print out of conformation number and it did not matter !

Good value for the money I would recommend this hotel a friend

The front desh person on the day we checked it was excellent. Rest of staff was ok not overly friendly. Room was small and not very dirty but not clean either.

I booked this hotel online and the hotel had just opened and they were going through growing pains. When I checked in they had no record of my reservation so I went somewhere else. I was able to get a refund. Still a lot of time wasted and inconvenience.

Very small hotel- about 60 rooms. We had a king suite, clean, roomy, comfortable. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Wifi is pretty weak, and forget the computer in the lobby. The complimentary breakfast is a nice add-on.

The hotel was adequate and met our needs perfectly! It wasn't the fanciest of the hotels. We were on a trip from Portland, Oregon to Eugene, Oregon and then onwards to Napa Valley. Made a perfect place to stop for 1 night. There was no food left in the breakfast buffet and the place could have been cleaner, but staff was very nice and rooms were clean enough.

The hotel was simple and clean...located within a short drive from everything we needed to do. The best part was that was my assistant left her IPod in the room the hotel immediately contacted her and offered to ship it to her address. So honest! Worth 20 stars. Refreshing kindness!

The hotel is conveniently located. Staff very helpful. Complimentary breakfast nicely presented. A great value for the rate charged.

parking is a problem the spaces are narrow and hard to pull into

Rooms are very clean, staff quite pleasant. However, the refrigerator froze our food and the shower I took in the a.m was ver brief because the water was tepid at best! Other than that, we were comfortable.
