This two-story home is ideally located for prospective students and visiting parents, alumni, and sports fans, as it sits within a mile of the university, Hayward Field, and Matthew Knight Arena. Yet, you need not have ties to Oregon to feel at home in the West University neighborhood. Downtown Eugene is less than a mile north, home to a vibrant arts scene and wonderful restaurants and breweries. Alton Baker Park and Hendricks Park are both within two miles as well.

After a fun-filled day out and about, come home to unwind in the fresh air outside on the fenced patio. Kick back in an Adirondack chair with a cold drink in hand, and light the gas grill for a barbecue dinner at sunset.

The interior is bright and comfortable, with plush sofas and a smart TV greeting you as you step through the door. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a light-filled dining area that opens to the patio, and such home comforts as a washer/dryer and high-speed WiFi. There are even three built-in desks - in the upstairs landing and two bedrooms - if you're planning to work from home. Each bedroom has cozy bedding, quality linens, and a smart TV as well.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: There is one security camera in the alley and another at the front entrance.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
