Arrived to find the staff and the lobby were wonderful. Our room however was not. There were dirty comforters, mold in the shower, the AC unit had crumbs of food and dirt in the vents. Also, one of the mattresses was very worn out. I would not recommend this place.

We stayed two separate nights at the beginning and end of our Oregon trip in August. I interacted with the front desk staff both times and they were exceedingly helpful both times; more so than other front desk staff at any of the other many places we stayed on the trip. We used the laundry facilities and pool as well and all worked well. I also really enjoyed walking out the front door, crossing the street and finding myself at a nice park on the river with bridges to cross it. A great place to stay when flying in and out of Eugene!

Clean, comfortable. Relatively quiet with breakfast included. Beautiful park next to hotel perfect for dogs and walking.

We went to a concert at the Knight Arena and found the La Quinta Inn to be close, clean, and reasonably priced.

Some of this was out of the hotels control but did not make for a good stay. First night was a prostitution bust. Second morning found male body fluids on the bedspread, GROSS!!! Second night a car was broken into in the parking garage. Bums sleeping behind the building next to the hotel and in the park. Under bridge was the hang out for them.Rooms were somewhat clean elevator and halls were not. Just was not a comfortable feeling. Staff was nice.

I drove from Portland to Eugene to participate in a 5K race at midnight New Years Eve. I stayed the night and enjoyed the breakfast which was included in the room fee. I made a Belgium waffle, ate eggs, a banana and coffee and water. I watched the New Years Rose parade on the TV in the breakfast room. Very clean and tasty food. Staff at the front desk were friendly and responsive. I had no special needs. Would recommend.

Great staff, location, and accommodations for me and my dog.

Each parking spot (except for one of the handicapped spaces) was way too small for even normal sized cars let alone SUVs or vans. We finally settled on a spot right next to a curb on the passengers side. We parked so close to the curb that our tires rubbed it. In the morning we had to enter our car from the passenger side and crawl over the middle console to get to the drivers side. The car next to ours was parked right in the middle of his space so it wasn't his fault but his passenger had to have gotten out of the car BEFORE he parked it - there was just no way to open the door without plowing into another vehicle. ALL of the spaces were equal in size. The one "van accessible" handicapped spot was the only spot big enough for anything other than a mini cooper or motorcycle. I will not stay here again.

Perfect location, it was close to U of O, stadium, the beautiful park in front.

The room was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff was very friendly and courteous, breakfast was pretty decent. We swam in the pool and used the spa, all seemed clean. I would definitely stay here again in the future. Great place!!

convenient, clean and comfortable, staff was friendly breakfast was OK.

We recently spent a long weekend here in Eugene. The hotel was very comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly. It's located close to the river and a large park. We plan to return sometime soon.

Nothing old about this, but had a very appealing rustic feel. Felt very much at home and wished I had booked this for multiple nights.

the hotel while located in a good area was run down and poorly maintained. The halls, elevators, stairs and basically everything about it was outdated and falling apart. I would not recommend staying here especially not for $100+. But they did have nice friendly staff so that was a +. Two stars one for that and the other for location...

Nicest lady in the world at the desk by then name of Shirley & all staff 24/7 treated us like family, like The Royal Family! Exceeded our expectations, we have been traveling and staying in Eugene for over 7 years not sure what took us so long to book and stay at the La Quinta but I can tell you now that I won't bother staying anywhere else from now on. Easy Acess to everything, pet friendly, modern decore clean X10,awesome breakfast with great service variety of fresh breads fruits and waffles made to order with Peanutbutter and maple syrup yum yum ! Can't wait to come back and stay again! Thanks guys you made my stay!!!!

I travel all the time, around the world, and have never had a hotel staff as considerate, caring, and just all around great as the staff at the LaQuinta in Eugene, OR. Makes me want to return to Eugene just for that!

Great Hotel, but not close to anything! It felt like I was on a dead end one way street. It was an adventure to find a decent place to eat that had parking or decent reviews. Gave up and settled for fast food.

The place is okay for us to spend a night. However I have learned that booking through [...]cost more than booking directly through them. I will not use [...]only to book my hotels or flights again.

Clean and comfortable, all around a very well managed mid-range hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful, room was very clean, location is quiet at night and a big plus - windows open to let in fresh air.
