My daughter and I were passing through Eufaula. I thought that it would be fun for my teenager to experience a B&B. Bruce and Mary Ellen were so sweet. You are close enough to walk to shopping and eating. The room was wonderful. The breakfast was fantastic. We had such an enjoyable time. There was another couple staying there as well that were wonderful company during breakfast. I am glad that we choose Eufaula and Baker Street Bed and Breakfast!! If we are ever in the area again I know where we will be staying.

My wife and I decided to hike in Providence Canyon State Park in western GA and needed a place to stay. Nothing in the park area but Expedia suggested a B&B in Eufaula, just over the AL line. What a great place. Bruce and Mary Ellen run the place and invited us to join them for Karaoke after we had dinner. Great time! Very comfortable bed and nice breakfast. Will definitely go back.

My husband and I decided to take a last minute hiking trip to Providence Canyon “Georgia’s Little Grand Canyon”. We found Baker Street Bed & Breakfast nearby in Eufaula, AL. We called Mary Ellen direct and booked immediately. When we checked-in she greeted us warmly and gave us tons of info on the area. When we returned that night after a long day of hiking, she had two glasses of wine waiting for us by the cozy fireplace. Mary Ellen was a true delight, breakfast was delicious, farm-fresh eggs, bacon, raisin-cinnamon toast, fruit, juice, coffee, homemade lemon danish, and baked apples. She even packed a few danishes for us for the road. 😊 Oh and the bed was very comfortable. I’m usually picky about the bed since I don’t sleep well in other beds but this bed was superb! I was a Sealy, high quality mattress. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back many more times.

We stayed at this bnb with the owners, Mary Ellen and Bruce, who were accommodating for our every need after Hurricane Michael. Our room on the main floor was peaceful and well appointed. Our meals were deliciously tailored to meet our specific requests. True Southern hospitality.

We stayed with Mary Ellen and Bruce during our granddaughter's high school graduation and our daughter's Doctorate graduation. What a pleasant experience. Our room was very comfortable and bright with big windows. Breakfast each morning was delicious and you couldn't beat the company! Our hosts were so accommodating and so welcoming! Thank you for helping us celebrate this special time. Hope to see you again Steve and Vivian Florida

If you ever find yourself in the area looking for a place to stay, you must stay here at the Baker Street B&B. The house is lovely, there are plenty of places to eat and things to do, and above all, your hosts Mary Ellen and Bruce are the most delightful couple you could hope to meet. My wife Jo and I have stayed at B&Bs all over the United States and without doubt this is one of the nicest experiences we've had. Bruce and Mary, I'm sure you'll read this at some point, so all the best from rainy England!

A lovely decorated, inviting home. Comfortable and spacious Magnolia Room. The several course breakfast was delicious as it was beautifully presented. Treasures are displayed in every room, yet none compare to the treasure of the owners themselves. Mary Ellen and Bruce are engaging and delightful. Overall, a wonderful TEN STAR B&B experience!

Went to Eufaula for the Christmas Pilgrimage of Homes with a good friend. We wanted a B&B experience and found a wonderful one in Baker Street B&B! Bruce and Mary Ellen are the very best of hosts, treated us like royalty the entire weekend! Their home is right in downtown Eufaula (across the street from the Shorter Mansion) and within walking distance of so many attractions. The house itself is beautiful, we stayed in their Magnolia Room and loved it! I always judge hotels/motels on the shower pressure -- this one got an A+ and Bruce told me they were on 'well water' so the water is soft and makes you feel so good!! Food was excellent and, as I said, we were treated like family. I couldn't ask for a more pleasurable time and highly recommend it to everyone! Great city to visit and a great place to stay!

Very nice, clean and relaxing place to stay. Owners, Bruce and Mary Ellen, are wonderful folks. Enjoy walking to nice restaurants, shops and nature trails. Great duck hunting or fishing in Lake Eufalla too!

Delightful and welcoming. Great front porch and genuinely interested hosts! Slept well, the Magnolia Room is very spacious and well appointed as is all of the house. A sneak peak at the up and coming suite upstairs will make all the more merrier! Thank you so much for your hospitality!
