The only downside was the outdoor stairs to the suite above the office. It was snowing and very slippery and the stairs weren't cleared or salted. Even just a container of ice melt or sand left on the porch would have been helpful. Otherwise, all was wonderful.

Wolf Den delivered a charming log cabin experience! Our cabin had a delightful rustic flavor, was richly decorated with a bison theme and was pristine. We arrived weary after a long day of travel, but the spacious grounds with outdoor seating and backdropped by mountains provided a refreshing, calming evening. The Horseshoe Cafe, a short drive north, gave us a good start the next morning with a hearty breakfast of pecan pancakes. This stay was a lovely start to our vacation.

This is a very nice property, I only use the rooms. However, they have a play ground area, laundry facilities and have items you can buy to snack on. I noticed they had game in the office area. It has always been very clean. The staff so very nice and accommodating. If you are going to Jackson, this is a close alternative. Our son lives in Star Valley, so we enjoy staying here.
