Come enjoy the mountains in a beautifully restored 1947 Cabin. Fully remodeled kitchen in 2022. The Escape will be waiting for you after a full day of adventures in Estes Park and RMNP. You’ll LOVE the Original stone fireplace from 1947, sleeping in the comfy King Bed, and the privacy of this cabin which is close to everything but you’ll feel miles away. Cable TV. Wi-Fi. The large fenced in yard is perfect if you like to travel with your fur baby. (Restrictions apply and pet fee of $100.) Fire pit. Picnic table. Privacy! If you are not bringing a pet, please let us know and we can refund the pet fee of $100. Please do not keep pets alone at property.

Quite Neighborhood
The summer time in Estes Park is extremely busy; traffic congestion can make getting around challenging. The Town offers a free shuttle and there are shuttle stops all over town. You can use the free shuttle to get to town as well as Rocky Mountain National Park through the visitors center. In the Winter, the town is much slower and the shuttle does not run; a car would definitely help.

This vacation rental contract is a legal agreement between Estes Park Property Management
(also referred to as the “Property Manager”) and you, the Renters (also referred to as “Tenants”
and “Guests”). This contract is entered into as of the date when the Renters place their
reservation online and the reservation is screened and accepted by the Property Manager. By booking this property you automatically agree to the House Rules.
Cleaning Policy:
The Vacation Rental must be left picked up and the departure instructions followed. If there are difficulties following the departure instructions, the renter should notify the property manager.
Reservation Policy:
We, the Renters (also referred to as “Tenants” and “Guests”) agree to the following:
1. We will be completely responsible for any and all damages to the property caused by
our negligence.
2. We will notify the owners of any damage upon arrival.
3. We will hold the owners harmless from any and all bodily injury and/or property
damage incurred on the property arising out of our negligent acts or omissions. See
disclaimer below.
4. We will pay for any fee that is reasonably attributable to broken, damaged, or missing
items.
5. Please follow the cancellation policy through the website you booked through.
6. There are no refunds for early departure.
7. There are no refunds for snow or weather conditions.
8. All rental monies are due 30 days prior to arrival.
9. All trash must be bagged and placed in bear proof trash can or cost of $45 for unbagged trash.
10. We will not hold the owners responsible for any items left after our check out if we get the request to send items back, we will charge postal costs plus $15 for packaging.
11. Lost keys will incur replacement costs of $50
12. This is not a party house.
13. This is a NON-SMOKING vacation rental.
14. Pets are NOT allowed in the rental unless property allows dogs or approved by the
property manager.
15. The Town of Estes Park passed an Ordinance which makes it against the law to exceed the maximum stated occupancy.
16. Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out is 10:00 am. An early check-in or late checkout is subject to extra rental charges.
17. The Renter must be 21 years of age to book this vacation rental.
18. Please look at the cancellation policy. By signing this agreement, you are agreeing to the terms of the cancellation policy.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We will not be responsible for accidents or
injury to guests or for loss of their money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind.
Disclaimer:
Renters understand that the Property Manager is not responsible for any personal injury caused
by slipping on snow or ice, and that tenants are responsible for the removal of snow and ice
around the doorways and paths to car, to include the parking area.
And further that the homeowners are not responsible for any personal injury or loss or damage to
tenants’ property caused directly or indirectly from foul, inclement weather conditions, acts of
god or nature, failure of heat, accidents related to fire, heaters, stoves, tenants’ failure to remove
snow around access areas, or any unforeseeable circumstances.
Under no circumstances will tenants or their guests hold the owners of the vacation rental
responsible for any damages or claims of any kind resulting from their stay, except for
intentional acts of harm.
This agreement and disclaimer applies to Renters and all guests in the Renters’ party.
I, the Renter, have read, understand, agree to, and will abide by this rental agreement and all
conditions stated herein.

The cabin was very clean and well-stocked when we arrived. The fenced backyard was great for our dogs - I felt that it was very secure. The kitchen is very small but had everything we needed. The bedroom is 99% bed and 1% space to walk around it.

We enjoyed our stay, with our fur baby. The fenced in yard was just what we needed. The fireplace was lovely, it smokes a lot, but we opened a couple windows, that helped with the draft. We also enjoyed the wildlife from the deck. We will be back!

The house is in a nice location away from town and near Rocky Mountain National Park. We enjoyed seeing deer every day. The kitchen is well-stocked. There isn't much storage space (a luggage rack would be helpful), and the living room lighting needs improvement. The management company responded very quickly to our inquiries during our stay.

It would have been nice to be told where they put the lockbox. We spent quite a bit of time searching. Then we spent a lot of time trying to get the tv working. Again it would have been nice to get instructions for that. Property management solved both issues. There was no designated eating area except for an outdoor table. Tray tables in the living area were adequate but not great. The fan over the bed was not working from the wall switch so we refused to climb up onto the bed to turn it on. The bed itself is quite a challenge to maneuver around. There is about 12 inches of room on each side. The backyard needed some TLC, The place itself was clean and had everything we would have needed if we were going to cook. I really believe owners should stay in their rentals for a week to experience what it's like to live there.

Lovely cabin. It was so sweet and comfy staying here. The cabin had all of the things that we needed. VERY comfy bed. Clean. Furniture comfortable. Great location and easy to access Estes Park and amenities offered in the area. I would stay here again!

We stayed at this location in mid-July. The positive aspects of our stay include: the inside of the house is very clean (the backyard has some junk laying around) and it is well-stocked with necessities. It is cozy, but I would not describe is as romantic. Communication with the property managment company was prompt and very helpful. The kitchen is updated. A washer/dryer is provided. It has a nice deck in the back where we ate a couple of meals and some hummingbird visitors. Now, the negatives: Since it was quite warm during the visit, it was difficult to keep the house cool at night - there is no AC. There are fans provided and a ceiling fan in the bedroom. The home smells musty, and the bathroom is in urgent need of a remodel. Although the picture provided makes it look secluded, in reality, there is another home approx. 60 yards away, and a 4-lane street is just beyond that with traffic noise.

Clean, comfortable, quiet and scenic
We enjoyed our stay in this cute cabin! Probably the cleanest vacation rentals we’ve ever stayed in. Loved the big picture windows. We watched two spotted fawns sleeping along the fence line. All furnishings were comfortable. Although located in a neighborhood just minutes from town, the large lot and trees made it feel very private. A few things to note: the bed is extremely comfortable, but it’s very tall. I am short and had a little difficulty getting into it. There is no dining table in the cabin (which we didn’t notice in the photo) however TV trays were available in the living room and there is a lovely deck wiith table and chairs outside. We appreciated the large fenced yard but be aware that the spaces in the wire fencing are large enough for very small dogs to get through. We kept our Chihuahuas on a leash.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, and highly recommend it if you’re looking for a cozy, clean, romantic cabin with great scenery.

Perfect getaway
This was a perfect getaway for our little family. The cabin held myself, wife, 8yo daughter and two little dogs well. The larged fenced in yard was awsome! Owner supplied wood for fire pit which was a nice touch. Cabin felt upgraded and comfortable.

A little getaway
My husband and I went on vacation for a few days with our dog and this location was excellent. It’s located a few minutes outside of the main part of Estes and you have access to trails, dog parks, etc. it was great.

This is the cutest cabin!
This cabin was perfect in every way. It was close to downtown Estes Park and the golf course. The cabin was SO clean and well-stocked for dishes, cookware and linens. The kitchen is small but beautiful and functional. It was just me and my husband and our two small dogs, and they LOVED the fenced-in yard. We will definitely rent this cabin again.
