Fantastic location. Premium equipped Condos. Not much scope for a local walk.
Loved the location of the properties as well as amenities. Quaint is the word I would use to describe the cabin. Oven did not work, which was an inconvenience and I was unable to reach anyone on the office phone or emergency number. Communication could be improved.
Property and area are beautiful. Condo is in need of work. Furnace had a difficult time starting, sometimes trying to light for 30 min. Shower head leaked all day and night. Hot tub cover is not easy to get off without the proper lift system. Also is not attached and blew over onto our heads with a small breeze. Mouse mitigation is taking place but need to check traps in mechanical room. Might want to replace tv controller chewed up by mice. Place is just outdated and needs some work. Area and location is perfect.
Very close to RMNP, besuriful views, hot tub, excellent people.
Hot tub available 24/7 is a plus especially during winter time. The room is comfortable, clean ..very nice Room Location is perfect, almost inside the RMNP.

We loved the view of the river and mountains from our back patio, especially at night in the hot tub while it snowed. Simply beautiful. We definitely will return.

The property was gorgeous, love the decorations and how relaxing it was next to the river. The wifi signal was out the entire two days we stayed. For the price we paid I expected to have internet the entire stay.

Love the location and our condo overlooked the river off our balcony which we loved especially when enjoying our time in the hot tub. Beds were comfortable and space adequate. Some wear and tear showing in the unit, but overall a nice place to stay would definitely recommend and we will go back.
