Nestled in Estero, this delightful condo is the perfect retreat for guests seeking a charming and pleasant stay, playing golf on our beautiful green is a bonus!! With 2 bedrooms, including a queen bed and a full bed, you'll have a cozy and comfortable space to unwind after a day of exploring, golfing or beaching. The property also offers a fitness room in the club house, WiFi, a washing machine and dryer, fully stocked kitchen and AC for your convenience. The 2 bathrooms feature a bathtub and shower, providing a relaxing experience. Additionally, there is an office space with a sofa bed, offering flexibility for your needs. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our condo. There is a 30 day minimum stay with a security deposit, and the renter pays the 11.5% Fl state renters fee.
