Ground floor apartment with private pool located on the Costa del Sol in the Golden Mile area of Bahia de la Plata, very close to Playa de Punta Plata beach.
The historic centre of Estepona is 3 km away.

The 265m2 modern apartment, which can accommodate up to 6 people, features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a spacious living-dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. There is also a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Lighting, air conditioning and heating can be controlled via a central Smart Home interface.

The 2 double bedrooms with SMART TV and 1 bedroom with two single beds offer plenty of comfort and privacy for all guests. Each bedroom has its own bathroom.

The 2 bedrooms and the living room can be accessed through a large French window onto the terrace.

The terrace features a private swimming pool which is heated by solar panels to at least 30 degrees Celsius (summer), 26 degrees Celsius (spring/autumn) and 23 degrees Celsius (winter).
There is a barbecue, an outdoor dining table, and comfortable sun loungers.

If you do not want to dine on the terrace, you can use the indoor dining table, which is part of the spacious living room.
