Das Zimmer war funktional und mittelmäßig. Am Montag wurde vergessen unser Zimmer zu reinigen. Was nicht schön war, da Sonntags prinzipiell keine Reinigung erfolgt. Wir meldeten dieses am nächsten Morgen. Erst glaubte man uns nicht. Erst auf Nachfrage des zuständigen Kollegen glaubte man uns dann doch. Man entschuldigte sich bei uns. Aber im Endeffekt hatten wir nichts davon, weil wir abends die Betten machten und notdürftig das Zimmer auf Vordermann brachten. Das Frühstücksbuffet könnte besser nachgeräumt werden. Das geschah nur auf Nachfrage.

Die schöne Aussicht über den Hafen hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Leckeres Frühstücksbuffet, mit freundlichem Personal. Nicht so gut das man erst um 15Uhr eincheken kann da die Rezeption nicht immer besetzt ist. Keine Möglichkeit mal irgendwas im Hotel an Getränken zu erwerben . Draußen stehen zwar Automaten aber ist nicht das gleiche.

Gut war der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage und der wahnsinns Blick auf den Hafen und die See.Personal ist sehr freundlich. Frühstück mit reichlich Auswahl. Wäre schön gewesen , wenn die Aussen Terasse geöffnet hätte. Bushsltestelke vor dem Hotel. Cafes und Restaurants innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. 10 min. zur Fähre nach Langeoog. Alles in allem ein schönes Hotel - Dank an das Team 4 Jahreszeiten

Ohne Erklärung bekam ich eine grosse Wohnung ca.300Meter Fußweg durch eine Einkaufspassage vom Hotel entfernt Statt des comfor Dz Qualität und Frische der Speisen beim Frühstück waren eher 2**auch Auswahl nur3* Service gab es nicht. Nur Kaffee in Kannen und Kondensmilch kein Spiegelei, Cappuccino , wenig Müsli . In der Wohnung ging die Balkontür sehr schwer auf und zu 29 Minuten bis es überhaupt auf ging. Ich musste spinnen und Silberfische wegputzen bei Ankunft. Die Lage ist praktisch wie versprochen wenn man ruhig und anspruchslos wohnen will alles gut aber nur **. Die Mitarbeiterin war nett aber man müsste alles direkt fragen und benennen und hatte das Gefühl , das Personal ist froh , wenn man es nicht anspricht. Definitiv keine *Sterne Unterkunft . Mitarbeitende wirkten auch nicht ausgebildet für Hotel aber waren freundlich..

Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Einrichting war zweckmässig bis auf das Bett, dass müsste erneuert werden. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Preis - Leistung ist voll okey.

Die Unterkunft an sich war okay. Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen und die Sauberkeit war an manchen Stellen grenzwertig. (Badezimmertür-Leisten), Löcher in den Wänden im Bad, Nachttischlampen staubig und Fenster schmutzig. Aber was wir gut fanden waren die Betten. Sind ohne Rückenschmerzen aufgestanden. Das ist selten in fremden Betten. Im großen und ganzen einfach mal renovierungsbedürftig. Die Mädels waren alle nett
