Very nice hotel. Very friendly staff. Room had nice size fridge and microwave. Only complaint only chair in room was desk chair which was hard to set on to watch TV. Room was big enough to put small chair or recliner in it!!

I mean, you get what you pay for I suppose. The bathroom door was busted and wouldnt close, the window curtains don't close fully, you can hear all of your neighbors, and there was a police raid of some kind during my stay. But the staff was kind and treated me nicely, and the other folks staying there were quite friendly.

We were in a handicapped accessible suite with a kitchenette. Handicapped parking was right outside the room, a big bonus. The room was very clean but slightly worn. The staff were very helpful. We were in town for a family graduation and ended up renting the party room for family to gather after the event. It worked out beautifully. I am very grateful to the front desk personnel who offered the use of the room and helped me set everything up.! We really enjoyed the extra space and plan to rent again when we return to Erie.

The heat/AC system would pump out very cold air for 5 or 10 minutes before acually heating. I was pretty sure when I booked this stay it said there was breakfast included. All they had was coffee, tea, and hot chocolate.
